Everything went very smoothly!

Exceeded my expectations!! The worst part was the short wait to get my amazing mattress and pillow! If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

Saatva is a luxury brand for a reason. I really appreciate the quality of their products. We didn’t visit a show room and just bought on line but we are so pleased with how well the status of our order was communicated. Highly recommended!!!

Picked up the old mattress & delivered a good night’s sleep with the new mattress.

Quickly put new mattress in place & took old mattress plus boxspring away

I received a call 2 weeks after I placed my order from the delivery company. I got a delivery date. They called the day before to provide the window for delivery. The gentlemen making the delivery called to say they were 15 minutes away. They were organized. It took them about 25 minutes to bring in the items and set everything up. They demonstrated how the adjustable base worked. The delivery went very well.

I can lie on my arthritic hip side much more comfortably than my old mattress, but I may need to upgrade to the Rx mattress for a softer feel due to back issues. After 2 weeks of sleeping on the Classic, I haven’t noticed a “break in” period. Seems just as comfortable as the first night. The delivery and pick up of our old mattress couldn’t have been better!

Shipping definitely five stars in the way it came packaged. I actually took pictures of the way it was packaged, which indicates you are a high-end company.

Bought during Labor Day sale at a great price. Took a little longer to receive because of the increase of sale orders. Delivery was on time. The gentlemen that delivered were courteous and caring. They took great care in the removal of the old mattress and box springs and delivery of the new mattresses. Highly recommend Saatva to family and friends.

I have been researching SAATVA for a long time. It's an investment that you need to make wisely. We went over to the store in Manhasset and was greeted by the salesman, Gary. He was not only a really nice guy, but wonderful to work with. Took his time explaining all the different mattresses. We bought the RX since we both have back issues and so far, so good.
