Amazing bed great customer service

The customer service is very good! Unfortunately, I did not keep the Saatva Matress but I’m pleased with the adjustable bed I had purchased the mattress from QVC which was not comfortable. I could feel the coils.

Great product and delivery

We finally made the choice of saatva mattress, foundation, sheets, and pillows and are so glad we did. Everything is comfortable and we look forward to snuggling in at night, plus we sleep better too. It’s also great knowing the products don’t contain all the chemicals that many bedding items do. Delivery was great and they took our old set. We are very pleased with saatva.

When tell you I sleep like an angel and wake with no were as much pains as I use to. The bed is great and super comfy. The firmness of this mattress is absolutely divine and my body is getting well acquainted with this mattress, we are going to be a match made in heaven very soon. So far, it is worth the money, I will check in after 6 months to give an update if possible. The only thing I was concerned about was it is so high, I have to climb in and had to purchase all new king sheet set with deep pockets 🤣. Shipping, delivery and setup was quick and easy, no problems at all.

Online order process was easy. In my review, I noted that Saatva didn't keep me updated on the progress of my order, so I wasn't expecting delivery whe the company called. However, it wasn't problem for me, but I can see it could have been. Otherwise, great service.
