Yes, the initial purchase price is steep, but the quality of mattress you receive and the sleep/support you experience is worth it. Additionally, the warranty program and options are basically unparalleled for mattresses. I bought a Saatva because I knew I wouldn't have to worry about my mattress or my quality of sleep for at least the next 15 years.

The customer service and delivery were phenomenal! I genuinely have no notes. Even when I called after delivery, they didn't even need my information to pull up my order, which was incredibly impressive. The representative I spoke with (I genuinely wish I remembered her name) was so kind, patient, and truly seemed to want to help me find a solution rather than just get me off the phone. Even though the mattress itself hasn't been the right fit for me, every interaction I've had with Saatva's customer service has been excellent.
