Transaction was great, delivery was timely, delivery team did a good job, they were both small people so they had their hands full with this beast of a mattress. They packed up and hauled our old mattress and box spring away with no problems.

The bed is awesome. We sleep so good at night. This is the fifth mattress in two years. This is the one thank you so much.

Very professional delivery

After studying the website and selecting the mattress I wanted to try (Saatva RX), I drove an hour from my home to the Winter Park FL Viewing Room and it was worth it. Kevin devoted himself to helping me choose a mattress. He explained the differences in the mattress to me. I spent about 15 minutes laying on the RX before trying the others and I could sense the differences quickly. Kevin explained why they felt different and answered all my questions. I was in and out within one hour and what I thought would be a stressful process wasn't. Kevin joked about how people say that purchasing a mattress is one of the hardest things to do and I said; That is why my mattress is almost 20 years old! The delivery company was very kind when they called to arrange delivery. They worked with me to choose a date and time. It arrived in excellent condition. I love that the mattress and box spring was made just for me and wasn't lying around in a warehouse waiting for someone to purchase it.

Everything was great with customer service , I was not happy with the delivery company experience.
