Shelley was so patient with me! Her drawings were perfect, accurate and easy to read. She put up with my waffling without ever losing her temper! She was always helpful, well-informed, thoughtful and kind! 100% Great!!!!!

Quality is ok but advertisement is false. There are no assembly instructions as advertised. The app only contains old manuals for products they don’t carry anymore and do not match the materials or hardware provided. Too expensive for what you get. Saleswoman conned my wife int an invoice that includes extra panels we have no location for and a diagram only an engineer could interpret. It would help if the items we received had numbers that correlated to the ones on the diagrams but they are nothing alike. And it scratches from a jeans button or a spoon or anything you might touch a cabinet with

Lauren Thompson was great to work with. Can't comment on product since it hasn't been received yet. I do have one suggestions, as someone who had studied design in the past and used autocad (many years ago) it would be nice if you would improve your kitchen design tool. I found it to be very unuser friendly. I would have liked to have spent more time working on trying multiple scenarios before utilizing the designers time. Other than that, the actual design process and ordering has been good. Now my question is, do you offer remote part-time position for designers? I'd love to help folks in their kitchen designs :-)

Ordered samples and received email confirmation they were shipped. Still waiting after a week for them to arrive.

I very much enjoyed working with Danielle on my kitchen plan. She made the task enjoyable. Her expertise gave me confidence.

My client paid $99 per cabinet to come preassembled. She opted for the natural shaker, honey stain line. 4 out of 7 cabinets came with damage of varying levels. Your company agreed to replace one entire cabinet, which also arrived damaged, leaving me to disassemble and swap out components to make one Frankenstein cabinet that was decent enough. Also multiple doors had to be replaced from original order. The 8ft pantry cabinet was delivered with such an extreme bow to it making the face to face connection to next cabinet impossible to get perfectly flush. To pay an extra fee for assembly only for them to arrive in such poor condition is in my opinion unacceptable and unprofessional. While they are decent cabinets I don't think the high price point of them is followed up with the level of care I would expect as far as transportation and customer support are concerned. Also the glass door cabinets arrived without any glass panels. Leaving a surprise additional expense for my client to source those from a 3rd party.

Had the best help after 2 years, adding to kitchen. Great help and quick response. Very pleased and Highly recommend.

I submitted measurements on the web site to have a design specialist contact me to build a kitchen. Three days later I recieved an email asking me for measurements so they could start my build. Its now been 5 days and I have yet to see a kitchen mock up.

The cabinets are very good quality with solid drawers and faces and the rest is plywood (not particleboard). The assembly was very simple. Upper cabinets took about 20 minutes and lower base 2 drawer cabinets took about 35-40 minutes to assemble.

Nancy was amazing, and so helpful , it was a pleasure to work with her. It was great because I had no idea what I was even doing! Excited to see my new kitchen. .

Working with them was easy and straight forward. Pricing was competitive and overall good experience. The main issue is they ship via a common carrier that doesn't have box trucks and only operated 53' semi trucks. They could not back into my drive way and I had to unload my 4 large pallets into the back of my F150. If I hadn't had a truck I would have had to load individual boxes into a vehicle. The only shipping option should be with freight companies that can accommodate access to a house. It was the only issue I had.

I am a licensed builder in NC & SC and have purchased RTA cabinets many times in the past. The Cabinets I ordered from this company are by far the worst I have seen. They do not come with any fastening system no screws no brackets no pre applied brackets nothing. I do not know how they expect the cabinets to stay together after assembly. Of course the directions show nothing. Also no pre drilled holes or dimples of where to install screws except the drawer slides. So I had to drill and install screws thru the sides of the outer box to hold the together and in one application you can see them unfortunately. I would not order from this company if they didn't have the color my client wanted. Kabinet Kings has a far superior product and I will stick with them.

I worked with Jill whom helped me design a laundry room. Throughout the process whether it was questions on design, assembly, issues I encountered during installation, she was super responsive and very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be working with her again in the future!

We just ordered our cabinets and our designer, Tiffany, was great to work with! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and she never seemed annoyed when we made several changes to the plan. We’re so excited to get our cabinets for our new build, and can’t wait to see the final result!

First of all our customer service rep Tiffiny Brakem did a great job helping us through our orders. Product is very nice for the money compared to the big box stores. I’m sure there’s nicer product out there, but you would pay at least double if not triple for it. The assembly you just need to be patient the instructions could be a bit better

We are loving the quality of these cabinets for the price and our project. They also took less assembly time than we anticipated.
