UPS did not deliver my order on the 15. of May. I still have not received it.

I would like to take some time to express my gratitude with Kate, she took my call and was very open to listen to what I wanted and took my drawings of what I sketched and made them come to reality. She send me actual pictures of what it would really look like. She even listen to my concerns on my budget plan and worked with me after hours to modify and finding something that could work for us. She also explain to me things that I missed and added those on so we can really have the kitchen we have been planning for such a long time. I was worried as I did call towards the end of day so they can help me finish my purchase and Kate stay with me after her shift ended and stay answering text and questions until we had our confirmation number. I really appreciated that we could rely on someone to help us when we knew nothing about cabinets and kitchen remodeling and stay until the final step. I will come back and buy more cabinets for other rooms in my house. Thank you Kate. I also did call weeks before when I was interested and Adam took care of me, he also called me and send me quotes and answers everyone I had for him. The day we finally made our mind over this purchase is when I called him but he was not available and Kate took care of us. We really appreciate making this purchase such and east one. We will send picture in a couple of weeks. Thank you guys!

I ordered 2 different color scribe molding; the gray scribe was delivered broken in half and I’ve never received the white scribe molding that was ordered.

Designing, phenomenal. Shipping, great. Communication after order received, not good. After getting everything put together and in its place in my kitchen, I noticed I was missing 2 cabinets from my design and have 2 that are the wrong size. I’ve attempted to reach Katie multiple times with no response.

These cabinets appear so easy to assemble. However, the instructions say you need a staple gun, byt a regular staple gun WON'T work. I tried mine and it didn't fit the corner pieces. I bought a new one and it doesn't fit either. In the process of trying everything, I ended up with a piece coming through the side and damaging the outside of the cabinet in a highly visible area. These are way to expensive and I don't have the painting to fix and match this. Upon researching others' experiences, it looks like you need a special staple gun for inside corners and they appear to be quite expensive. This is something that should be fixed in all of the directions. I could have easily finished the assembly today with the correct equipment. Instead I have wasted a day trying to make this work when the instructions were inaccurate. I would like to get something to repair the damage. I a very disappointed right now

I only ordered wall cabinets. The salesman I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is my third cabinet with RTA cabinets. It took me two weeks to break down the pallet that the drivers left. They refused to remove it and just left my cabinets outside. We paid too much money for shipping for this to happen now I’m worried that my last cabinet is coming that I had to buy because I already needed one more. I’m gonna have to drag it upstairs by my 61-year-old self and take the pallet and hit it with a hammer for days until it falls apart pallets are so old and nailed so tightly that it takes forever. This will be my last purchase with RTA cabinets.

I found I made an error in my order on a Sunday morning, after placing order Saturday night. I emailed Kate Falkenhagen expecting to hear on Monday. Kate e-mailed me that night at 10:30 pm that she had taken care of my error and would send new invoice in the morning. This kind of service is exemplary. Kate should be employee of the year. By the way my cabinets are beautiful.

I was so pleased with the quality of the two cabinet samples. We are very exited to see our kitchen transformed with these cabinets later this year!

I worked with Meagan to design our kitchen - our layout was a bit unique with some challenges, and she put together an absolutely perfect design for us. She was detailed, attentive, and responded to all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Could not ask for more! Highly recommend!

Cabinets are beautiful. Everything was received correctly. Installation went smoothly. Photos did not get added correctly so I had to deleted them.

Shelley walked me through several options to find the perfect choice for me. She was also quick to answser any questions throughout the procewss. Great customer service. Can't wait for the cabinets to get here.

She made several suggestions that we had forgotten about and some that we were not interested in. Never any presure. Great sense of humor and got everything to us as she promised.
