Had a great experience with RTA designer Todd Miller. I started out just wondering what a rough design would look like a few weeks ago, and Todd was super helpful, providing thoughtful recommendations on changes I could make to the design to make it more functional and better looking, while staying in my budget. Todd was very patient and helpful along the way as I asked a bunch of questions and took a few weeks to try to find better/cheaper designs elsewhere (which I could not). A few weeks later, we finalized the design and the cabinets are ordered!

After a contractor took my money and ordered inferior cabinets RTA helped me out immensely and gave me some discounts to reorder the proper cabinets and to help cover my losses. Thank you so much for the help

I have had, seriously, the best experience here. We were not anticipating a renovation, and the whole event has been a bit stressful. Jessica literally came in and saved the day a bit for me- her experience in design helped creatively problem solve a few unique areas in my kitchen and pantry, and her responsiveness and ability to answer all my questions (and there were many) put me at ease with such a large purchase. I was especially impressed by honestly how much fun she made things, de-escalating a lot of the stress, and I felt like she really took her time to understand our needs and how we live. I felt like she took the time to know/understand us, was creative in revisions, and really guided me through this process. VERY happy with my experience here and will absolutely be back when we are ready to tackle some of the other projects we would like to.

I’ve paid for my island 6 months ago and never received any of it.

We were going to order custom cabinets but the manufacturing delays made us cancel and search for RTA cabinets. The RTA Cabinet Store has been great from start to finish. Assembly looks easy enough so we shall see. The quality of the parts in the box look excellent.

I reached out with my floor specs a week ago and Todd immediately was assigned my case. He was perfectly in tune with my plans and what I wanted to do with my kitchen renovation. We had a few back and forths for design reworks and Todd was on the phone or right there via email each time. He sent quotes and floor plans exactly when he said he would and made the changes I requested. He was even able to get a few extra discounts and I ended up paying HALF of what Home Depot quoted me! I'm just a regular paying customer (no influencers here!) and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a reasonably priced kitchen reno to talk with Todd specifically! Thank you, Todd!

I bought cabinets for our entire new home. They are beautiful and well made. My designer, Nancy, was a big help with the details of the project. The assembly instructions are not good. I contacted customer service to see if they had something better than a video of the top of a guy's head as he assembles a cabinet. They suggested the Bilt app. I got the app and found really good instructions for assembling many RTA Cabinet Store's cabinets-- but not mine. I've had to search through and find ones similar to mine and try to figure it out as I go. Once assembled they are very sturdy and attractive, but it has been a bit frustrating. I also wish there were guidelines for installation. I haven't gotten that far yet, but it intimidates me without instructions! Hopefully with the help of YouTube I can figure it out. I would really appreciate some tips on how to even up the doors and drawers as well.
