When I ordered the cabinets, it kept doubling my order and I had to keep correcting it. I finally got it through correctly. I was told 5-7 business days. That was nov 16th. A week later I find out that the order will ship Dec 1st. Well, it's dec 1st, your website shows it has not shipped yet, BUT!, I do get an email about your black friday prices, lower than what I paid. I think for the inconvenience of holding up this job, I should be refunded the price I paid to the current sale prices.

Damaged replacement items have not arrived yet. It was easy to make the replacement claim.

I have ordered multiple cabinets from RTA and while the quality of the frame and the finish are well made, the assembly kit was disappointing. I am used to receive metal brackets to assemble the cabinets that are now replaced by plastic corner wedges. These don't work well at all (even with pre-dilling the holes) and have a tendency to expand and push the cabinets away from each other. Please revert back to the metal instead of these cheap plastic corner pieces. Thank you.

The cabinets are fine, the build was easy, the instructional app was fantastic! Of the 7 cabinets we ordered, 2 came damaged and required replacement. Almost every one came with some sort of blemish— some could be concealed, others required replacement. We worked with a designer to make sure we had all the parts needed to bring our vision to life. They told me to take the toe kick off, that we didn’t need it. Turns out we did, and then it was a battle to get that piece secured. Would I order from RTA Cabinet Store again? Maybe. I know what to expect, which also means I know how to navigate the issues that will arise. Build in extra time to wait on replacements

My soft hinge closers are not tight enough, they are very flimsy I will have to go replace them also couple of my drawers are damaged, they have hole markings and scratches on them, I am happy with the color but wish quality was better for the price

It was okay the shipping was fast and the sample was cheap. When I spoke to the lady who tried helping me she had a lot of attitude and wasn’t exactly helpful. Everything else was good unfortunately you guys didn’t have a door that matched close enough otherwise I would purchase.

I like the cabinets and will choose your services. I am in the planning stages and getting the funds. I am looking for a contractor I can trust. The ones in the past have not performed to expectations. I always find mistakes, and they are long gone
