Over half of the cabinet is laminated "Hickory" and the rest that is Hickory is moderate to low quality.

I ordered 4 and received 3 and was charged for 4. Also, only one was the style I requested. I am returning them and hope that my refund is correct based on what I paid for and that I am returning everything received but paid for the 4th not received.

Sent a photo & schematic of kitchen WITH hood. Never sent an updated order list. When cabinets came, hood was NOT on the order - even thought the price was supposed to be for everything. They admitted fault - but still made me pay for half the hood. I feel like they tricked me on purpose! Terrible.

I've had two of the same 30 inch pantry cabinets show up with damaged side panels which has significantly delayed my project. The ripple effect of getting two unacceptable cabinets has been costly to me. The other 15 cabinets are good so far. Not sure that I would recommend this company again if you have a tight schedule. Plan an extra month for bad product returns. Let's see if they can get it right the third time. Fingers crossed.

viewing and comparing different cabinet styles very east. Ordering just the same. Sales Associate was courteous and very helpful, answering all my questions. . Sample doors arrived when promised. Have ordered two base cabinets to build a kitchen island. We anticipate the same type of service. Would highly recommend RTA

It was a real pleasure working with Todd Miller. From my perspective he went above and beyond. EXCELLENT. In addition to being knowledgeable and helpful, he was very polite and pleasant to work with. More than that, he was patient with us and our many changes. He was helpful without being pushy, suggesting without being authoritative. Todd works extremely well with those of us who think we know what we want yet change things on the fly. I would gladly work with Todd in the future and would recommend him.

Dealing with the sales people has been great, but I can't find the White washed wood cabinets at RTA. Your pictures are deceiving. I have paid for and received several samples, that are way off what the picture illustrates. Not sure that the pictures are the same the actual sample.

I’m happy with our order and it was shipped very quickly. One product had been damaged in transport and the claim was processed quickly and painlessly. Would buy from RTA again!

I had a mostly positive experience with the pre purchase side of things with the design process. I have since been disappointed with the lack of service support with instructions to install the cabinets aligned to the design. My inquiries to the customer service line and original designer were not handled satisfactorily. I couldn’t get clear answers and have been struggling to ensure I’m using all the molding and trim as intended. I spent thousands of dollars on this project and expected a much higher level of service to ensure it is completed as originally designed.

To me the colors looked different online. I thought I was ordering two shades of green when I got Gray and white.

Sample doors were delivered in a timely fashion. Quality is very nice. Able to distinguissh 2 similar styles much better with the samples.
