For the past 10 years I have been dreaming about my dream kitchen. We bought an older home and it required lots of fixing. I came across RTA Cabinets and got connected with Kate. She was very open to listening to what I wanted and also the importance of staying on budget. After pictures, drawings and emails she pitched me a 3D picture of what my kitchen would look like with all I wanted and all cabinets that would be needed. When she put together the estimate for my kitchen I felt it was a little over what I had planned for and she worked on putting together different layouts to try to bring down my price while making sure the kitchen looked the same. Once we agreed on the layout she put together an order estimate and also added some items she felt would be needed to make sure all installations would be done right. I would have never ask for those small detail but I trusted and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The cabinets did arrive within 5 days in a huge truck all for me 😊. Upon reading some reviews on line I did decide to hired someone to assemble the cabinets as I wanted to make sure no mistakes would be made on my behalf. But they did looked easy to install you just need good tools. The installation was easy for them and all those small adding a from Kate made kitchen looks sooo beautiful Before I got connected with Kate I did take measurements of all my kitchen and made a drawing with specific measurements from top to bottom wall to wall using the pictures in their wed site and picking what I liked. I but two models from their wed site to see what the material was going to look like. I made the selection of Artisan White. We did tear down 3 walls and added an island. The finish product looks better than new homes and better than the 3d picture. . I will be redoing my laundry room with their cabinets in the near future. Super happy with my kitchen. Thank you again for all the help and for making this project come true.

I can not say enough great things about RTA. From help with design to delivery. After original purchase there was a sale on shipping, after calling a refund was issued far faster than expected. When the original deliver arrived a few cabinets were damaged. We submitted a claim and no more than an hour later we had a confirmation that we were being shipped the damaged cabinets. We absolutely recommend them!!! Thank you RTA!

We had such a seamless experience with Kate, she was so helpful in giving us different layout options and was patient in adjusting our ever changing design. She walked us through each detail and were so excited to see our finished kitchen!

This was the first time visiting and choosing to purchase a vanity cabinet from RTA Cabinet Store. I received my cabinets that were shipped on a pallet and asked additional questions from the customer service number, and received a courtesy call letting me know they can assist me with there free design services. The company knows how to look after their customers. I am a first time buyer, and making investments in your house can be challenging not knowing the quality of products and how they will arrive can be stressful. This was very straightforward, and they have a well designed plan to assist you through any pitfalls you may encounter along the way. Once I get my cabinets installed I want to follow up with pictures, the product is very good quality based on the hardware received and the quality of the cabinet materials. I look forward to working with the company again for my kitchen refresh. Job well done RTA for providing me with the confidence you will deliver on awesome customer service, design support, and most importantly a quality designed and made product.

We love the look of these cabinets. The design team was helpful and the pricing was pretty good. Seem to be strongly made. But there was quite a bit of warping which luckily for us doesn't show mostly. However the provided assembly and installation instructions were severely lacking. None for our exact product at all. The packaging for trims was horrible most came damaged since they weren't wrapped. The thin frame shaker doors rub if two are opened at the same time. This would be eliminated if they offered this color in slab. The different laminates don't exactly match. It should be brought to manufacturing and designs attention that for the thin shaker walnut the cabinet doors, sides of the cabinets, fridge and dishwasher fillers and the these large wrap pieces for the islands are not the same stain color especially the sides of the cabinets are way lighter than the other pieces. Also the island wrap is printed with grain the opposite direction than the cabinets so you can't put it up without cutting it into strips. If they printed it the other way there'd be less waste and easier installation. It will take extra wrap and construction to cover any cabinet sides on an island or there is a huge color difference looking cheap and fake where the wrap meets a cabinet. Looks fine with full wrap but you have to order extra sheets due to the directional printing of the grain and color mismatch. Customer service and claims is very responsive but you have to open every box immediately (claim window is too short 14 days i believe from delivery) and supply a lot photographic evidence(understandable). Overall a nice product but a lot of work. Not for inexperienced installers.

I just ordered my cabinets and I wanted to take a moment to say that the customer service I received was amazing. Shelley ended up having to help me over the course of three days making sure everything got ordered exactly correctly and I’m so excited to receive my cabinets. I will update this review with photos once I receive it.

Haven't had the chance to assemble or install these yet, but the wood doors and frames are beautiful and everything seems to be in good condition. Looking forward to getting these put in!

Overall the cabinets are made out of solid materials and go together easy enough. I did have a package get lost by the carrier and the same day they started a new order with those lost materials.

Meagan was so helpful in the design process. She created something beautiful that I never would’ve thought of on my own. She answered all my questions quickly and had a design the same day. She was friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what she was talking about! I will definitely buy from RTA again!
