Cabinets ordered were said to arrive on June 2 or 3. Haven’t seen them yet and the shipping company RTA used has no record of them.

Im not happy. I have an unhappy customer. I'm losing time and money

Design help great, Tiffany was a huge help. After order customer service dubious at best. Was not aware I needed to contact the shipping carrier to set up delivery. They never called. You never called. I purchased from RTA, not Saia. Your company should have followed up with them to make sure they followed up with me because after all, I purchased from RTA, not Saia. Customer service is not what it used to be. I spent a lot of money and still do not have my cabinets. Why do I have to go out of my way to make this transaction complete? Do better.

RTA cabinets have been the best from the start at quality testing, pricing discounts, to their team helping us design and like a concierge or assistant. I’m torn on how to rate this company. Jillian in sales/ design was great at those two tasks. The cabinets seem to be great. I paid extra to have them pre-assembled. However, no one told me that inside delivery was not an option. The truck wouldn’t back up in the driveway so getting them inside was so difficult. The way they were stacked on the pallet was so dangerous. The company seemed to have no interest in how they would be delivered after I paid. I was told customer service would call and handle the nuances but I never heard from anyone.

When you’re DIY’ing, there’s nothing more satisfying than a design consultant to protect you from your own bad impulses. Sydney walked us right through the design and now we’ll have our cabinets in 10 days!
