I had the pleasure to work with Brenda Ramirez today. Brenda answered all my questions about ordering a range hood to go along with my kitchen cabinets. She answered all of my questions as well as providing additional information to make my selection appropriate. She provided a quote within 10 minutes of ending our conversation. She was great !!

The cabinet quality is great! I am giving 2 stars because of the lack of guidance on assembly of the cabinets. We ordered the Weston Shaker and the cabinets were shipped with Eason panels. Which means, you have to dis-assemble the drawer fronts and attach the Weston. It requires precise markings and is time consuming. With the amount of money the consumer is paying, you would give the buyer a heads up or send with correct panel. No instructions are included!!!! They have videos, but they basically whip through a demo with occasional glue here, nail here. No info on recommended brad nail size No direction on were to put the plastic brackets No warning/heads up on the panel swap out No step by step instructions available online per cabinet type No direction of where to used which screws

Your shipping charges are messed up. It was going to charge me 3 times as much to ship the 2 sticks of crown molding together than it was to order them separately. Was absolutely ridiculous that it was cheaper to order them separately. Wasted a ridiculous amount of packaging when they both could have been shipped in the same box easily for the price of shipping one. Do better

I was hemming and hawing on whether or not to order cabinets online. It can be scary making such a large purchase and not knowing for sure. This renovation was prompted by a catastrophic foundation leak about a month after buying our home (fun times!). Needless to say, we were already at a higher stress level, so we were shy about jumping into this. I decided to order the sample and it ended up being a great color for us (Weston Sand Shaker). I also liked the style of shaker because the front trim isn’t a rudimentary straight square. It actually “slopes” delicately. If you pay attention to details like that, you will know exactly what I’m talking about. We decided to take the chance. We ordered 14 cabinets, matching trims/accessories and both of the touch-up kits. We selected to have them built for us because we have a baby and not a lot of extra time to do so. And let me tell you, IT WAS WORTH IT to have the company build them before shipping out. It was packaged so well and they were even mindful of items that could not have anything stacked on top—they had these cardboard pyramids taped to the top to prevent stacking. When the items were delivered, we had the driver set the pallets on the driveway so we could just open up and immediately do our inspection. He was really nice and actually helped my husband get the two awkwardly tall and heavy pantry cabinets into the garage. Everything was in great condition. Nothing truly worth complaining about and I’m a perfectionist. We are very pleased with the products, craftsmanship and even the shipping company selected for our area. We highly recommend this company and their products. We will use them again in the future and tell everyone we know. And no, I am not sponsored or paid to say this. It is a true, real experience and we are very happy with how everything went. Thank you!

We got our cabinet for our kitchen and we are highly disappointed. First of all it came and we thought it was probably sent back because it looks like the items were wrapped in a way that it had been opened before. My husband, thank goodness works in construction because it was sent with zero instructions to assemble. My husband had to also go purchase a staple gun which is required to assemble which was not explained on the website. The screws that were sent to assemble are way too long. They would go through the entire panel of wood and would stick out so like what are these screws for?? For the price of these cabinets, which I did get on sale I couldn’t imagine paying full price or even the price that we did pay on sale will never purchase from this company ever again.

Easy to order Fasting shipping No damage Beautiful finish But, no assembly instructions for 1 easy reach wall cabinet; noted as coming soon. I need them now. I searched youtube but it doesn't match for the pieces I received. Another cabinet didn't have the brackets and screws but instead plastic ones that require staples. The instructions for 12 inch wall cabinets didn't show the tge plastic ones so I found 1 youtube about them but he stated the break easy and used wood pieces instead. Suggestion: Have instructions available before making product available.

My designer Brenda absolutely killed my entire kitchen operation because of her bad designing. Having missing cabinets and ones that weren’t lining up with my plumbing. I had to not only replace cabinets that were wrong, I had to pay for them to and take a loss on ones I didn’t need. Managers Pete and Kevin couldn’t have cared less for my inconvenience. I had to put cabinets install on hold,delay countertops, delay plumbing, delay electrical so I lost money there as well. Please don’t bother using them, extremely unprofessional!!! There are many other great cabinet choices and makers out there. FYI a month in and still in this process!

The sample door looks very different than the color on the computer. It will not work for me.

I've worked with Designer Kelley Payne. She provided me with great guidance in selecting the right pantry cabinets for our laundry room. The quality of the Weston Shaker cabinets was excellent, just as she had told me. Timing and delivery were also excellent.

I recently ordered some samples of kitchen cabinets. They arrived quickly…as well as an email from one of the design assistants. I was excited to start my project and get the help I needed to make sure I ordered all the things needed. However after replying to the email asking for next steps in the design process, I heard crickets. I have since decided to go in a different direction. Bummed this didn’t work out since the product was beautiful and well made.

This designer is dialed and knows what she's doing. Everything went great from start to finish. She was there when I needed her and always followed up with me in a timely manner. I'm not sure how she does it.

Emily has helped us design our new kitchen cabinets and visually see what it would look like when complete. She even helped us correct part of our design to better fit our layout with very prompt communication. We’ve really enjoyed working with her and RTA as a whole! These are quality cabinets with easy assembly. Will definitely always keep RTA in mind for any cabinet needs in the future! THANK YOU RTA team!

The website was very friendly usable and the sales designer was very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. Would definitely use them again. . I haven't got the cabinets yet but will drop another review once we get them and get them installed
