Haven’t even gotten them out of the box and we have started on the wrong foot. We need staples to put it together. We need to look up the instructions A different company very similar included everything needed for assembly. And a corner was chipped And needed glueing. Albeit it won’t ever be seen when fully assembled but it was just one more thing to pile on to the issues before we even started putting it together. The construction looks sound, I’m hoping all goes well after this

Ordered from RTA but received a lesser quality cabinet from Innovation cabinetry. I could have ordered it from them and saved money if I wanted one from them.

We placed our original order in July. I didn’t catch that the shipping address and phone number were wrong. They had our GC’s old information, which was my fault. The problem I have is that RTA/the shipping company allegedly tried to deliver the cabinets without any contact. We were out over $1500 for return and restocking fees. When they replaced the order for us, the delivery company had to call twice to confirm our anddress and that someone would be there to sign for it (normal protocol). I am very disappointed if they couldn’t make contact with the first order, why were we penalized so much for the inability to deliver.

My 20th kitchen with RTA. Was and still is a disaster. Split order in two, over 15,000. 00. Ordered 9/30/2025. As of 11/20 still waiting on a cabinet. Quality was not good. Price not good. Freight expensive. Next time I will use someone else. Such a disappointment.

Do not order from here. They outsource all of their packing and shipping and the shipping companies do not care how well the cabinets are packaged. We have received 25% of our order damaged due to NO PROTECTIVE material put around the cabinets. The company itself gives you a runaround when you attempt to resolve the issue.

Worked with Debbie for our initial order. Very helpful. Shipments were very well coordinated, came on day expected. No damage at all, very well packed. Ordered additional items online, very easy. Couldn’t be happier with the Timber Green shaker. It looks gorgeous. Recommended gold hardware. Highly recommend RTA as long as you have a skilled carpenter to install. Thank you!
