We ordered samples, and while everything went fine you have one color of wood (dark alder) that you can only find when you navigate a certain way to the website. It must be linked wrong or something ? So trying to intentionally find it is very difficult.

My wife and I are installing a kitchen at our house and we did a design with another company and spoke to Kelly at RTA and she helped us out tremendously. My wife is super excited. I would highly recommend Kelly P. to everyone.

RTAcabinets. com provides a solid, quality product at a great price point. I ordered two 12” 3-drawer cabinets and one 24” 2-door bath vanity cabinets in Weston Sand Shaker. I also ordered the matching toe kick. I paid extra to have RTA assemble them for me. They arrived today. They were securely packed on a wood pallet and protected with cardboard and shrink wrap. Arrived in perfect condition, ready for installation. It took 11 days from order to receipt of assembled product. Faster than I expected. Even with ordering a countertop from another supplier, the cost for this unit was at least $1000 less than the James Martin vanities I was considering. We are very satisfied. Thanks RTAcabinets. com

My latest kitchen cabinets design of the kick plates was off, RTA Cabinet Store solved the problem within the hour and shipped for free new full length kickplate boards.

Very quick delivery. I appreciate the company sending a full door size, not just a tiny sample. The cabinet door seems to be really good quality. We will definitely use this company once we decide on a color.

I worked with Jon G for my cabinet design. At first he was always there to pick up the phone and help with suggestions in the design. After cabinets were ordered- good luck getting him to answer a text, call or email. Once I received everything and started installing I realized multiple trim pieces and end panels were missing- that he had forgot to put in the order. Cabinets are decent quality, fairly happy overall.

Samples showed up in just a couple days . I like the colors and trying to decide . The markets are crashing and the funds I am looking to use are going away. Looks like I will be spending on needs not wants right now.

Rachel was an AWESOME designer! She was very knowledgeable and provided detailed drawings with measurements, as well as providing a beautiful rendition of our new kitchen with those beautiful natural hickory cabinets! She also added everything we needed to the cart making it super easy to verify everything and place the order. It only took six days to get our order and three pieces were missing. I contacted RTA Cabinet Store and spoke with Eli and he said he would check on the missing pieces with the shipping company, that same day I received an email that they weren't able to locate the items and a new order had been made to replace them. We haven't assembled the cabinets yet but are super excited about getting started. A GREAT experience! I will upload photos as soon as we install everything.

The wrong samples were sent. We received cinder shaker, Florence slate, truffle, midnight and Florence gray. Did not receive honey and caramel per order.

The sales team was amazing to work with while ordering. I ordered the Caldera cabinets. I was concerned about them being overlayed and didn’t want peeling cabinets. The rep assured me that would not happen with their product. We ordered a sample, it was beautiful and constructed almost flawlessly. We ordered the cabinets. They came damaged and peeling. The doors were scuffed badly and overlay cabinets cannot be touched up. The doors looked like they had been dropped on the corners, almost all the doors were peeling. Two of the cabinets were split through the frame. Replacement cabinets were sent out that looked just as bad as the original order. Both orders arrived filthy and full of saw dust. When I contacted customer service for the claim, they were very short and rude. Everything had to be done through a claims form online, which times out too quickly - I had to document the damage for every piece). Also, I the photos were too large to send on one form. The amassing representative I spoke with to order the cabinets, all of a sudden had no experience with the cabinets I ordered. Then she told me it was a new line. Maybe they are still working out the kinks of the manufacturero g process. I am very disappointed in this experience and still waiting on a refund since 2/20/26.

My sample had damage even though it was packaged well. This leaves me with a lack of confidence in other products. The company does reach out to get your project going.

This is my second purchase with RTA and the quality of cabinets are phenomenal! I will definitely continue to buy cabinets to finish remodeling our home.
