Nate helped us do our kitchen design. It turned out amazing. When we needed to make adjustments or order additional cabinets he did it easily and quickly. After working with 10+ contractors he’s by far the best. Nate and RTA customer service took extremely good care of us.

Cannot get a live person on the phone in claims or any department when half of the delivery was damaged. Left a message in Claims a week ago and again 3 days ago with no return call despite their message that calls will be returned in 24 hours. . .

I ordered a sample door to see traditional profile and check for a color match/coordination. The color wasn’t as dark as pictured in the brochure but my question was answered. The sample was promptly shipped and received within 3 days of my purchase order and showed the nice quality of door construction. I received a follow up phone call asking if I had questions or if I needed help.

Jon Goodsell was the first person we talked to at RTA cabinets. He was very knowledgeable about cabinets for our new home. Jon was very helpful and professional. We talked to him several times before he sent me a drawing of our kitchen. He was patient, friendly and funny. We enjoyed working with Jon. He made the whole process very easy.

Cabinets were great quality and exceeded our expectations. We provided our own measurements and made a couple mistakes. Kate talked to us about options on how we could create some extra space and still make the cabinet layout work within the dimensions of our kitchen. Her experience and support troubleshooting saved us significant headaches and cost. We would definitely order again and possibly build in a small buffer for mistakes or appliance changes.

Late yesterday, I reached out regarding a cabinet design and was pleasantly surprised to be connected with Ashley almost immediately after receiving the automated email stating it could take up to two business days for someone to contact me. Our designer Meagan was amazing. An absolute pleasure to work with and the design she came up with really knocked it out of the park. Cabinets are beautiful and of really good quality. Now the bad - shipping. The carrier delayed our delivery multiple times and then when the cabinets arrived, 4 were damaged and two were missing. Overall I would absolutely recommend RTA, just be prepared that the shipping could be an issue.

We purchased an entire brand new kitchen of cabinets. Had to end up filing multiple claims for damaged items. And even a missing cabinet that RTA is now refusing to correct or even contact me back about. Awful customer service. Cheap materials that’s showed up scratched and broke all over the place. I would never give them my business again and do not recommend.

Brenda Ramirez was just amazing helping me through my kitchen renovation. we had a water damage and limited insurance money and a tight budget and I had my dream kitchen drawn out and she helped me make it come to life. She helped me find a great price when we ran through hiccups. She was very patient and kind and helped me work through them so we could have the best possible outcome. I had many negative experiences with other companies and Brenda is truly why I chose to go with this company even with little hiccups I reached out to her and she helped me work through those details and get every piece we needed for the project. The process from the very beginning has been absolutely amazing, from ordering sample doors to having Nathan create the perfect layout for our remodel, receiving the large shipments and install has been seamless. Nathan has been an excellent communicator from the very beginning, he has not wasted one second returning messages, answering questions, making suggestions, problem solving and making sure the entire process has been seamless. We are incredibly impressed with the quality of the cabinets, they are absolutely beautiful. The group that built and installed our cabinets and vanities were beyond impressed with the packaging, the ease of following the schematics, and the stellar quality of cabinets. We have referred friends and family to RTA and will continue doing so for years to come. We are so excited to complete our project so that we can proudly give RTA the credit they so deserve as we share our home with others through entertaining and social media. Designing and planning went OK. Team very helpful. Delivery was not at all as outlined in the e-mails, literature or phone conversations. Stressful and absurd. Most of order is OK. One smallish issue which is way more complicated to report and fix than it should be. Difficulty getting through once order was at the trucking depot.

Working with Nate from RTA was super easy. He was quick to respond and make changes to my design the many times I had changes to measurements or cabinet selections. The cabinets came fully assembled for not much more money at all, and in about 2 weeks. They are beautiful!!! The soft close is so nice and even the inside looks high quality. I am super happy with our purchase and can't wait to see them all fully installed in our kitchen.
