We have not received the cabinets yet, however the customer service was great! Brenda communicated very well, was attentive to my revisions and willing to accommodate all changes. She was wonderful to work with! On one note- it would be a bit more efficient if the first conversation was a virtual call or something of that sort. This would give both the parties a chance to review the dwellings together and answer base questions before revisions started. There was definitely a lot of back and forth emails and I think those could have been eliminated had a virtual call taken place first.

Emily was unbelievable in helping us design our kitchen. She knew the product and process and provided the right recommendations. Every time I called she answered the phone like a friend. I can’t remember a customer service representative any better. I would like to hire her for my business. We are ecstatic overall with the results 5 stars plus!

He asked the right questions about the pantry wall, the oven run, and how everything would fit, then came back with a really detailed quote, with 68 line items in total. The cabinets have a clean, well-made look, and the walnut finish was exactly what I was hoping for. RTA’s product options also made it possible to customize the order around my space instead of trying to force my kitchen into a standard layout. The quote included all the little things that are easy to overlook: fillers, end panels, toe kicks, back panels, a touch-up kit, and more. Those are exactly the items you don’t want to discover you’re missing halfway through an installation. He turned the first quote around the same day. Ordered a sample and appreciate it arrived quickly. Unfortunately the color doesn’t work for what we need in our space and will not be ordering the cabinet.

I am a contractor and I use this company for all my kitchen and vanity cabinets. I have them in my own home as well. The quality is solid Everytime.

The salesperson was great. Its been a week with no update. Order confirmed, paid, pending. would like to know update.

The experience hasn’t been great due to some of the cabinets being damaged by either delivery driver or Enroute during delivery. I was supposed to be receiving a call about refunds being applied for the inconvenience and now my project being stalled due to this. Also paying more money to my carpenter to come back again.

I’m building my first spec home and was a bit lost when it came to cabinet layout and design. Tiffany stepped right up and took the time to help me with everything and saved me some money to boot! She even took phone calls after hours to help with through a few other design ideas. Simply the best!!

Ships within 2 to 4 business days they said. . . try 3 weeks. My recourse for a puchase over $10K? Up to a paltry $250 refund. 0/10 would recommend.

We started the search for RTA cabinets back in May. Our design expert, Kevin Lester was top notch. He was always very quick to answer any questions, very patient while we ordered sample after sample after sample. He changed design, cabinet style, trim pieces, etc and never once did he act anything but kind and understanding. We love our final choice and the customer service has been pretty great too. Don’t hesitate to use RTA Cabinet store.
