Sydney helped design my complete kitchen cabinet remodel. After a brief conversation about what I was leaning towards ...ample storage space in a smallish space featuring cabinets that are not bright white, she quickly sent over a design that checked all the boxes. The color was just what I was looking for and the design offered lots of storage and a layout that maximizes the limited space. I had a ton of questions and went back and forth on some tweaks to cabinet placement and she couldn't have been more patient and helpful! Right up to the last minute when I made a change, she got back to me quickly and never made me feel like I was an annoying crazy person! 😂 I 💯 recommend working with her! 5 Star client service! I just ordered today so I don't have pics to share but am hopeful the rest of the process goes as well as the service from Sydney!

Great customer service and design assistance. Kevin Lester answered the phone every time I called. Super responsive which I appreciated! The quality of the cabinets are excellent. Only downside is delivery times are long. Just over four weeks to receive our shipment. Plan accordingly.

Originally I was worried since you never know who you can trust online anymore, but after reading some reviews on TrustPilot and speaking with Todd from RTA for a few minutes he made me feel comfortable and not at all pressured. He’s very good at his work and he also seems to love what he does. After a few back and forth emails and a couple of phone calls, all within the span of a few hours (totally my doing) I ordered my cabinets and they will be here tomorrow! I’m very excited and will leave another review after I receive them and they are installed. Thank you Todd! So far I couldn’t be more pleased.

I sent my plans and cabinet style and got a quote very quickly. I changed a few things and got the design back but no quote. It took a while to get the second design and another week to get the second quote. By that time I already picked out another company and placed my order with them.

From beginning to end, I've been working with Shawn Sutton and he has been such a pleasure. I have a new build going on and when I started thinking about the cabinets, I wasn't sure where to look. I was told by the job lead on our home that this would be a great fit. Boy, was he ever right. I went in not sure about what to expect and thinking it would be a stressful situation. Shawn contacted me and from that. point on, I knew I was in great hands. He was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire design process. He was always checking in and making sure that I was pleased with the design. I couldn't have hand picked a better person to help me with this if I tried. What a wonderful experience. I would do it over a million times again, but only if I could work with Shawn. Great job!

I was really excited about potentially purchasing my kitchen cabinets from RTA Wood Cabinets, but unfortunately, the entire design experience has been incredibly disappointing. I initially spent over two hours working with a designer named Deb. She was very kind, but during our appointment, she made a comment about how she had already spent two hours with me and that the designers work on commission. She also mentioned having a busy day with several other calls. While I completely understand that everyone’s time is valuable, these comments made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer preparing to spend thousands of dollars. Deb also wanted me to purchase cabinet samples before providing a quote. I wasn’t comfortable spending money on samples without first knowing whether the cabinets were even within my budget. She eventually provided the quote. Afterward, I texted a follow-up question and received no response. I requested another design appointment online and heard nothing. I eventually called to schedule an appointment with another designer. Shortly afterward, Deb reached out and explained that their texting system hadn’t been working. I specifically scheduled a video appointment with a new designer so we could share screens, review my layout, and finalize the details before placing an order. That appointment was canceled at the last minute. Instead, I received a phone call from Danielle, who did not offer screen sharing or a proper design review. During our conversation, I was essentially told that my design was as good as it was going to get and that nothing else could be changed. What frustrates me most is that RTA Wood Cabinets advertises free kitchen design services, yet I consistently felt like nobody wanted to take the time to actually help me design my kitchen. Haven’t received the cabinets yet to speak to the quality, but I know my ordering experience with Kate Falkenhagen was absolutely seamless. She was as a true gem throughout our design process!! Can’t wait to see if the cabinets are as wonderful as RTAs staff!

Using the website to order 3 samples seemed to be rather simple until I went pay. Then the site showed an error. I waited a couple days to reorder then it did the same thing. I thought it's definitely not worth my time. I will find another online cabinet store. A cabinet desigher had reached out via phone we always missed each other, turned into phone tag. Then I received an email asking about the samples I ordered that I was having an issue with placing the order. I recieved the samples and will be in contact to order cabinets. I am pleased so far by the cabinets. Quality seems ok. While it did take some time to figure out each of the different styles to assemble, we got them together. I would like a narrated assembly approach and up to date videos on cabinet types put out by This RTA Cabinet Store, I did not like the plastic stabilizers without drill holes!! And so did not use. Company needs to upgrade the plastic stabilizers. I'm looking forward to getting cabinets in place and finishing my kitchen.

I have used your company for several projects. I am currently using it for my own personal house and Nate Winters has been nothing but the best for us! He sent me several samples and I’m so glad he did because what I thought I liked online, the samples made me make the perfect choice! I can’t wait to get everything going in full swing for this big project!

Best option and experience! I worked with Kate and within 72hrs I was checking out! She gave me what I thought I wanted but after speaking we came up with a better more code efficient layout! Highly recommend.

We chose the Dark Hickory cabinets for our Laundry Room and can't wait to do our kitchen in the near future with the same choice. Our designer Jessica is amazing and very knowledgeable of her job and was quick to get back to us with any questions and concerns. We are still waiting for a cabinet to come in since it is a very popular choice, but it is worth the wait!! And this choice doesn't come with pre-assembly option, but very easy to assemble. We reached out to Jessica about assembly, and she let us know about the you tube videos you can watch for each cabinet we ordered. (I am a 63-year-old woman and was able to assemble 2 of them by myself, and part of another one before needing another hand to help)

Danielle G worked with us to design our built-in cabinets in our playroom. She was SO incredible and patient with us since we changed our mind a lot. We have these cabinets in our kitchen and they have held up great so we can’t wait to use them in our playroom!
