Horrible horrible! You spend $500 on shipping. They use SAIA which have no respect for anyone they speak to.

My claim was denied since I missed the original drawer front. However, the drawer front was not in the plastic wrapped sealed order. Orders shouldn't be signed off on be the company if items are missing. There's poor controls if that's the case. Per the instructions of the claims representative, I should reach out to "customer service" to order the missing drawer front and I'll be billed. I reached out to customer service on 12/8/2025 about the issue and even provided the exact order piece description/number. I never heard back. I reached out to "customer service" again on 1/6/2026, and the "claims" rep contacted me and said the claim was denied and that I should refer back to the email in December. Again, I contacted/emailed "customer service" and not the "claims" department. There shouldn't be any confusion on what I was trying to do since I was following the claims rep's original message.

We had a fantastic experience working with Shayla! She truly went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before. We changed our kitchen design several times and even considered switching cabinets, and Shayla was patient, incredibly responsive, and so helpful in guiding us through every decision. We worked with Kate and she was truly awesome! Total sweetheart and super patient. She walked us through our design and personalized/updated everything until we got exactly the kitchen my father wanted. The cost was unbelievably well priced, that I’m already planning to use them for my kitchen Reno. Great experience all around, I’d recommend them to anyone that will listens!

Shayla was very helpful and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets.

Sydney was very patient and helpful during purchase process. One sticking point though, I was disappointed regarding shipping cost, I mentioned we were shipping to Sarasota. Come to find out they shipped from Davie, Florida. . 200 miles from our location. I would’ve liked to have had the opportunity to pick up and save a lot of the shipping cost. . haven’t assembled yet not quite ready, but this isn’t our first rodeo with RTA. I’m confident they will be fine.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF THERE CABINETS COME BROKEN ALL THE TIME AND THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT COST DONT BE FOOLED YOU ARE PAYING WAY TO MUCH THE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP THEY HAVE NO DIRECTIONS TO ASSEMBLY ALL OLD NO TECHS TO HELP YOU PUT STUFF TOGETHER

I was trying to match the cabinet doors to whst I order a year ago ftom you came different and then find out my style was discontinued , and they still dhow the old pictures snd a chose a color we hire tgst then cones called something else or disorganized company you need to update more clearly ruined the look of my whole kitchen!! Do disgusted!!!!😡

Cabinet are beautiful and very good quality. The website is easy to use and my ready to ship cabinets actually arrived the next day. My only complain would be assembly instructions some cabinets are on the bilt app which is great detailed and easy to understand, however some cabinets have no instructions there and you have to use the posted you tube videos which are a joke no sound and very quick assembly you have to keep stopping the video and basically figure it out for yourself. If you are going to advertise for DIY this step should be better. That said all my cabinets are together and I love them !

Appreciated the % off for Black Friday. I called RTA about a question i had and it was nicely answered. . The cabinets arrived so fast and in perfect condition. This is the 4th time i have used RTA for kitchen cabinets. YES . . I recommend them!

Mike was so helpful and patient! His design was exactly what we wanted. Now we have the full list of what we need when we start our remodel.
