This was our first time buying any cabinets online. We were a little apprehensive at first. But, after emailing and speaking with Brenda at RTA, we were excited about our new cabinets. Brenda made an effort to call and talk through the next steps, making the whole process so much easier! RTA ensured that we felt important and were taken care of. The buying process was great and we are currently waiting for our cabinets to arrive. But if the cabinets are anything like the buying process, I’m sure we won’t be disappointed!

They were very helpful ordering my cabinets

I ordered the 42" x 3" filler panel for the Timber Toffee and it is a finger joint glue-up with a wood grain sticker. It is not a veneer. . . it is a sticker like you see on the end panels of really cheap cabinets. Not happy! Obviously, I don't need exactly 3" and have to rip this thing down and the sticker isn't up for that sort of wear. I was counting on this piece to complete the project :(

Todd was very helpful and responsive to our multiple render edits. He was able to help us design our quite small kitchen in a way to maximize the space.

I have been dealing with Meagan Timm. I have tried calling and never can get through. We have also been texting back in forth, but I do not feel like I received responses back in a timely manner. I wish that I would have been offered a time for a phone call where we could finalize my order before paying for it. I feel as if the customer service is lacking.

I purchased a cabinet by mistake and I immediately let the company know. They told me it was too late to cancel my order. Horrible customer service!!!

When I ordered the color samples, I specifically unchecked the box asking to receive sales, promos, and stuff. Except for order status and details about my order. Next day I’m getting promo’s. Today a review request. Seriously? I don’t want to hear from you other then info about my order.

Keith from RTA was so great to work with. He was patient in answering all my questions, and helped me find the best options for my bathroom. Even though my bathroom was a small project, he gave me the attention and care that I feel like a large project would receive. Very thankful for his time and help!

I have used the RTA CABINET STORE in the past and been very happy. I have no complaints thus far I called for assistance on my design and very a very pleasant designer by the name of Jessica quickly responded and was very helpful and very responsive right off the bat. She answered all my questions and made excellent recommendations on the options I had with the cabinet style I ordered. I’ll be happy to see it when it’s all done. I put them together myself in the past which went fairly smooth but on a tight schedule this time so I’m having them put together at the factory so it’ll be interesting to see how it all comes together in the near future when my order is delivered

Worked with a designer named Brenda and she was absolutely amazing. For someone that’s never really used a measuring tape, she made the process easy. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the entire process. I can’t wait for my cabinets to come in. Highly recommend
