Everything came to me intact, on time with clear instructions. The universal mounting plate was extremely helpful. The installation was successful! Working as expected!

Insert that houses the brake switch does not fit well in the knock-out in the dash. The prongs that expand inside the opening do not fully engage leaving the mount loose and risk of working out of the dash opening. I may have to customize the existing flat knock-out that came with the vehicle.

So far so good. Nice product. Trailer is still at dealership for warranty work so I haven’t had a chance to fully test it. Nice instructions. Easy install. Unfortunately the harness for a 2024 ram is NOT the same for a 2026 ram. Should not of assumed but the dealership couldn’t answer that question either before I bought it. Overall very happy though so far.

The installation of the Liberty Brake Controller went pretty good. The Tow-Pro universal Mount TPSI-001 does not fit snugly in the knock out of the dash. It goes in the rectangular hole, but the locking tabs are too short and do not go in far enough to secure the part in place. Your can easily pull the mount (along with the switch) out of the rectangular opening. It just does not lock in place like the original blank plate. Do you supply another mount for Honda Passports? Thanks.

I had no problem finding the correct brake controller for my truck on the Redarc website. There were several options that I could choose from. It was easy to review each brake controller and make an informed decision. Ultimately, I purchased the Tow-Pro Link!

The product is great, but I’m honestly less impressed about that more impressed about the customer service that I was given when my tracking number didn’t work and I called up the company and she immediately was like I’m gonna help you out right now and was able to follow lead in within 10 minutes. I got my tracking number and when it turns out the shipping address was wrong. Immediately got on it and fix that thing right away.
