Working good so far.

Everything was straight forward, installing on a 2019 4 runner was not hard. The unit works great and the ability to install control knob in an unused factory switch knock- out gives a good factory look. What more can I say.

I was thoroughly unimpressed by your customer service. I was told by one of your employees that I could use two gauge wire on your 1000 w inverter despite the instruction manual saying the minimum size was 1/0. I then mentioned this was concerning and I was contemplating returning the product despite having it mounted on my camper. Your employee then quickly shot back and said oh there are no returns if you've already mounted it. I don't understand your employees lack of understanding and poor tone. But I paid $600 for the inverter that I ultimately learned was made by Cotek. I should have bought from them directly for $200 less. If you're going to charge a premium for a Taiwanese product then tell your customer service people to learn a bit more about human psychology and appropriate interaction interaction.

Easy install. Works Great. Small "footprint" on dash.

The installation was doable, even with my non -mechanic abilities. Once installed, it worked perfectly. I was able to get my trailer into the backcountry a lot easier than I ever have before. In addition, it helped me straighten up the trailer sway when winds and bumps took over. Highly recommend!

Trail Pro controller install was clean and easy. Mounted to side wall with two riv-nuts beside parking brake for control module. Drilled a factory blank for dail. Looks great, have not towed any thing yet, truck still in break-in period.
