Prompt assistance

Great customer service! Thanks!

This unit with the complete wiring harness and available online installation videos was a perfect solution for my vehicle. Install went smoothly and without a hitch (Pun intended). A great product that works well.

The redarc team is amazing. Help me in every way quick reply in response. The best customer service I experienced

After reviewing the u tube video on redarc I ordered it right away. Installed on a 2018 Tacoma, was easy and works great! I contacted Redarc to ensure I had everything.

Fast shipping, easy website, love the product

Top notch customer service after I purchased a unit not compatible with my Bronco. Got this new controller out to me in plenty of time to do the install and be ready to tow for the weekend!

This break controller is an amazing upgrade to my Tacoma, friends think it is factory.

Everything was good would have preferred $50.00 off instead of having to deal with a rebate submittal Thanks

Easy ordering, fast delivery!!

Good

Fits perfectly and looks factory

stopped working after 2 days

Overall easy to order and fast delivery ! Very happy with the product

Very easy to install and use. Plug and play/use. Installed the night before we purchased our trailer and it worked great, didn’t know the trailer was hooked up to that truck on stops or when climbing mountains.

Perfect fit

As a professional service technician I absolutely love the clean setup there are no improvements that could be made to this system!!!! I cannot stand the old style setup where every time you get in or out of the vehicle you are banging your shin or knee on the poorly mounted trailer brake controller and there's never a good place to mount those things. This setup is absolutely Bad Ass, 5 stars, would recommend!

I installed the Alpha50 R Kit in my Jeep Gladiator with an Alu-Cab Canopy Camper. The system has worked exactly as expected, providing reliable charging from both the alternator and my 250-watt solar panel. I’m especially impressed by how well it harvests solar power in lower-light conditions. The Essentials display makes it easy to monitor the battery and see where the power is coming from. It has only been installed for a short time, but so far it has been a dependable, well-designed upgrade that gives me confidence heading into longer camping trips.

Probably the most compact form factor for a brake control I’ve ever seen. Installation was straightforward and testing was successful. Time will tell if it will stand up to the rigors of use. For the price it would be nice to have about 6 feet of wire on the pigtail, a drill guide for the bezel, and some additional bezel options included. All in all it appears to be a quality product.

Great product delivered fast. Getting ready for that continued endless summer. Thanks down under
