My experience with recteq has been positive but i would like to see the folding front shelf come with the grill instead of a separate purchase item.

Came on time easy to assemble a little challenging for the first light but other than that, it’s been good

This is my second RecTeq grill. The products are great, built well, and last. What sets RecTeq apart for me is the customer service. Any time I have had an issue (which is rare), I am able to get either a customer service rep or a technical expert on the phone quickly. They honor their warranty without issue and make things very easy. RecTeq will always be my first choice when looking at grills and smokers, I am a huge fan! As for the new grill, I love it. It heats up fast, holds temps both low and high without any issue, and was extremely easy to put together.

Love the grill! The horns on front are gay. I’m from Oregon and it’s embarrassing, reminds me of gimmicks like the duck uniforms.
