Always a great experience with this company.

Love it. 2 minor complaints. 1) The grate is larger than grease drip pan by about an inch and a half, front and back. Just gotta be careful to center all food or it drips to the bottom of the grill. 2) Can't see the LED display from the back door window, about 12 ft away. Have to use phone and app. Aren't major issues, still love the smoker thats why it 5 stars. Smoke on, yall

The online store has all I want and new stuff is always added so I always check it out. The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen!! I called one time not realizing it was the weekend (I’m retired) so I hung up and got a call first thing Monday morning. Chad Remp has helped me a lot anytime of day (I don’t think he gets any sleep). I’d like delivery to be a little faster, but then again, I live on the other side of the world in California. Overall, extremely satisfied.

I have a Traeger Ironwood 885 right next to my BYB 1200 and I constantly find myself firing up my Recteq when I am just cooking for the Family. I use both when smoking for a large crowd because of different Meat cooking temperatures and timing. I can say if you are looking at both GET THE BYB 1200! The higher temp is a gamechanger! The smoke flavor is slightly better and it is built like a tank! I also like the Recteq Rubs better than Traeger's Rubs.
