We were gifted a porch pro 400 and it’s a great little grill. It’s keeps temperature almost perfect and doesn’t use too many pellets. The only issue I had was a dent on the pellet box. Alex from customer service was easy to work with and they were able to compensate for the dent with a more than fair offer. I recommend this company 100% over Traeger.

Shipping was fast. Easy to assemble.

The grill came as promised. My only negative is that the online instructions did not explain how the bottom rails were to put on in the right direction. Luckily, I was able to guess which way to install those rails.
