Only drawback is assembly instructions. QR video instructions are hard to follow for older guys like me

Works great, instruction booklet would be great, looking online is a pain in the ass. So far I'm enjoying the grill, Works like my old 11 year old pitboss, just need to do alot more smoking, my first major cook is coming June 13th

Shipping was exceptionally fast considering my order had a new pellet grill and had to be sent via freight. Originally the shop client used at checkout automatically corrected the address I intended to ship to. This was a bit of a bummer as once the order is placed the address cannot be changed, but the support staff that I spoke with over the phone were very helpful and friendly, ultimately I had to cancel the initial order and re-order. Outstanding product and great service

Love the grill. The only complaint is for the money you’d think you wouldn’t get one that had superficial scratches on the outside and inside. I had it mostly put together before realizing and wasn’t worth taking apart and sending back.

The grill is great, holds temp, no hot spots. Only drawback was the FedEx shipping. From GA to IL to OR to WA to ND to IL then finally to me in WI.
