I had purchase the beast a few ago and it's awesome best money spend i smoke some wings the first cook turn out great , then labor day cooked 8 slabs of ribs very happy , then this pass weekend smoked a backstrap turn out perfect glad I purchased it

You’re customer service was good the shipping was horrible they destroyed box #1 on the first shipment then the second shipment came in the box looked like it had been rolled off the truck I was home waiting for the second delivery and when they showed up the driver was getting ready to pull the box out of the truck I stopped her a said that I would help them . After unboxing it had scratches in side of the lid and small dents on the front of the drum not happy with the shipping. I went to my local Ace hardware and they had a PL 600 in stock but said I had to order online to get the 699. price even though it said nothing about that on the website . Did the burn in Sunday my first cook won’t be until next week sometime

I have had a recteq bullet grill for about 4 or 5 years. I have had to call for customer service twice. They answer the phone and provide clear information to solve the problem. This is the best customer service I have had in years. Love the grill, it heats evenly, stays the temp etc. But the customer service is stellar if you should need anything!

Product is excellent. Everybody should have one.
