I've had my Recteq for almost 10 years, I've done long cooks (16HR) short cooks ,higher temp burgers bratwurst and hotdogs, it's has never failed me. It makes everyone think I'm an amazing pit master but it's the Recteq!!! This thing is quality, go check the metal thickness of others they don't compare. This is perfect for beginners & seasoned grill/smokers its foolproof!!!!!

Love the recteq brand, everything is made to the highest standard. I have a big green egg XL on my deck, which is upstairs so I bought this for the lower level and winter smoking which I was unable to do. After four or five cooks I am totally pleased. It’s easy to use the app. It’s easier to use.

Recteq service is always great. The delivery carrier (Estes) took about 10 days to deliver my grill. It took 7 days from the time my grill arrived at their facility in Portland (14 miles from my house) for the final delivery carrier to deliver.

Loving my deckboss 800. . well worth the money and temp stays with in 2 degree of set temp. . clean up is easy. . didnt think I could get a deep penetrating smoke ring on a pellet smoker. . . oh boy!! Was i wrong!!. . best smoker i think. . no complaints here!!
