I have a 6 year old RT590 and it is as great now as the day it arrived. I recently bought a Smokestone and it arrived with deep scratches on the griddle. One call to Rec Teq and it was replaced with no issues. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I expected the best from Recteq and got the best. I researched for months for a grill, narrowed it down and chose the The Beast 1200. I am extremely happy with it. I am disappointed that I would have to buy a cover and really wish it would come with a printed manual. Nothing like grilling, enjoying the outside and looking through the manual.

Super easy process and very fast shipping

I totally forgot about that I could get a shelf. I’ve been enjoying using this for the last couple years moving my meat ( from the grill) to others holding it on the bbq bar island to wrap or whatever needed to be done. I’m going to install shelf tomorrow and looking to change the wheels out that others have done. I belong to several pages on social media. Thanks for the great grill!!!

I have never received so much great customer service as I have from the recteq company. I had a few issues with the delivery of my new xfire pro and they had no problem with addressing my concerns. They immediately made everything right. I wish all companies were this kind of customer service care and respect for there customers.

I’m loving learning how to use my pellet grill

It is the easiest smoker grill to use & manage. It heats to desired temperature quickly, and easy to clean and maintain. I love Riot mode for cleaning/burning off residue and for making Pizza.
