My old non RT pellet grill died, upgraded to a DB800. Easy assembly, burn in, and flawless cooks. DB 800 kept temp with a 15mph, 35deg wind blowing on it.

I’ve loved their product for years, but what really stands out is the kind of company they are behind the product. Recently, one of my Bullseye grills was destroyed when a tree limb fell on it. Recteq saw my post and decided to help me out by discounting replacement. They didn’t know me personally, and they had no idea how much that grill had meant to my family over the years. They didn’t know how many Boston butts I’ve cooked for families who had lost a loved one, or ones that were in need, or how many Thanksgiving meals my family has shared using their product. They simply saw a customer in a bad spot and decided to do the right thing. That says a lot about a company. I originally heard about Recteq from another happy customer, and since then I’ve recommended them to dozens of people myself.
