I drove 4. 5hrs to pick up my flagship 1600 and smoke box after already owning a x-fire pro. I heard a lot of talk hq. The place is big and clean and well organized. The salesmen were extremely nice and helpful. We got there after the warehouse had closed so we didn’t get to tour the facility. But everybody that was leaving for the day that exited through the sales floor stop and introduced themselves and talked to us without us initiating it, wow. They genuinely showed they liked working there. The customer service is always top notch and efficient. I own two grills now. I will buy the flat top and tailgater eventually. I like the app and the build quality of their 🇺🇸 products. But the best is their customer service/experience

I haven't even started unpacking my boxes yet, but have to say I'm very happy with the service thus far. Especially the delivery service. My location is difficult in that I have a steep driveway. They were ahead of schedule and placed it in my garage right where I wanted it without me even knowing they had arrived. Everything was packed well and I have no doubt that all will be correct when I start assembly.
