did good!

Everything came ahead of time and the instructions on YouTube were very precise.

My purchase with Recteq was easy. I bought my DB900 on sale and a week after i got a phone call from a shipping company and they made an appointment for me to be home and that's when i saw my package delivered! The driver gently rolled it up my driveway and into my garage. Thank you Recteq!!

Customer service is top shelf. The smokers are highest quality and performance.

Items were shipped and received promptly and packaged appropriately.

Recteq is an excellent company, their grills are top notch, and you cannot go wrong with a Recteq. I now own 4, I am running out of space on the patio.

As I said before very impressed

Quick and easy process.

Recteq has never disappointed in their customer service! Bravo!

Awesome great quality grill!

I am overly impressed with the quality of this pellet grill. I have a coworker that swears by Recteq and he does competitions, so I took his word for it. Took me a week to pull the trigger because I couldn’t decide which one to get but I finally landed on the BYB. I ordered it directly from Recteq and it arrived in 10 days. Super easy to assemble, even the way it was boxed was impressive. I have cooked on it almost every weekend since It arrived and my only regret is not going bigger. I joined a facebook group and there are quite a few people on there that have issues (mostly user error imo) and everytime I see someone on there with a issue someone from Recteq always responds in the comments offering help. I haven’t had any issues, my BYB has ran flawless but I follow directions (unlike a lot of people) I also make sure my pellets are stored properly. I’ve been cranking out briskets on this beast and they come out just as good as my drum smoker if not better and I don’t have to babysit it all day. I think I see a BFG in my future! To think I almost bought a Traeger lol

I love it its great
