Bridge refuses to sign onto my Internet. I use a Rachio irrigation system trouble-free for years. Hose timers bridge seems to be from another planet.

System works great, but if you ever have an issue even technical support like finding the email that you logged in with or anything like that, I challenge anyone to find a phone number for these jerks. They hide their contact information. I’m guessing because they are afraid somebody will actually call them and someone would have to pick up the phone and answer a question. I think that’s a horrible look for a company when you can’t even use the website because your email information keeps being rejected yet they do not post one phone number anywhere again. I love the system, but I’m probably going to switch just for the fact that they were so chickenshit that they don’t list a phone number anywhere cheap cheap cheap bad bad business.

Able to schedule times to help saves time for weeding. Wonderful to have when temps are above 100 for early morning watering. Access to turn on or off from phone while away from home.

RACHIO WAS AWARE OF NON WORKING POWER SUPPLY TO MY NEW SMART HOSE TIMER AND REPLACED IT IMMEDIATELY

Even in this recent hot heat wave, my Rachio systems have made it easy to keep my seedlings and vegetables watered and growing. It’s intuitive and easy to run I unfortunately set it up so that the hose leaked into the battery box, damaging the timer while I was away. The team was great in working with me to solve the problem.

The issue was preemptively identified (right in the app as I recall), and getting a replacement was simple.

Bought the controller as a replacement for another brand. Like the set up and the way you can control remotely. The system seems well designed. However also bought the recommended every drop flow sensor and it has been terrible - wildly inconsistent flow measurements being seen on the app vs on the sensor itself, causing leak alarms every time I run a cycle. Customer service points me to the sensor manufacturer who point me back to Rachio. No-one can help. Super frustrating.

Rachio, change your mind and support the valve App and update it!
