I am not happy with the product, honestly, and I bought it twice.

Always easy and efficient when working with Rachio products and tech service.

No connector in box. . . haven't sent one yet. Bought as gift so I'm really disappointed.

They seem to be ok on scheduled runs. When I use quick run both units first indicate that there is no flow when the faucet remains fully open. In fact, the app continues to display the warning icon indicating no flow even when the sprinkler is running before finally clearing. This requires to me to visually verify each time. I am 5 feet from the device when requesting the quick run and have 500/500 internet speed.
