Great product and great company.

Great service always

I like the product

Too complicated. It doesn’t matter what I program it just randomly waters. The Tempest is almost always wrong. Wish I had my old manual system back. I knew how to make it do what I wanted. No live human help ever available. Oh, well

excellent

Best thing since white bread

Smart hose timer worked for a while then started leaking. I replaced the washer, but the leak was internal and water infiltrated the battery compartment.

I like it a lot

Replacement controller arrived quickly and was easily installed. Connecting to my iPhone makes controlling sprinkler system very easy.

Got it in a couple of days.

…

Need to fix the Smart Hose Timer or withdraw if from the market.

Quality product, reliable, great app. Happy customer.

Unable to sync with my network

Easy to set up and operate. Rachio saved us on our water bill when rain is forecasted or it has rained.

Love the ease to work

I ordered the controller from Amazon and they delivered it efficiently.

Love it

Great product!

Quick response. Met our timeline to revamp older irrigation system.
