After stay at a relatives house an trying their PureCare pillow I ordered my own. The exact match is no longer produced, so I ordered the replacement/updated version of pillow. It arrived later three days later than expected, has a very strong chemical smell which has not improved despite airing it out with pillow case off during the daytime, and is much flatter and less firm than described. The quality of the foam feels cheaper than the one I tried before and it doesn't hold its shape causing neck pain (which I have not had before). Attempting to return, I find that the website does not give a direct link for return information so tried the tiny links at the bottom of the page to email customer service and using the chat but have received no reply.

Wonderful sheets, material is lovely and durable. I highly reccomend these sheets.

I only gave 3 stars for this reason: I recently purchased two sheet sets (king and queen) but was unhappy with the color for the queen set. I have attempted to contact customer service but was transferred from department to department with no one answering or responding. I just wanted to exchange the queen blue set to celestial blue but could not find a way to do this online and no one to help thru customer service. It has been extremely frustrating. Because I could not get any help I ended up sending the queen set of sheets back to your company for credit to my card. This however, still does not solve my problem. I still want a queen set of sheets in celestial blue but if I reorder it online again I will not get the original discount from ordering two sheet sets together as was the case with my original order. Please help me!! There has to be a way to just make an even exchange without all this confusion. I sent the above comments in an email to your company but no one responded. I did receive a refund for the queen sheet set but lost a lot of money in the process. I wouldn't order again because of these issues. These are expensive sheets and the only reason I ordered them was because of the discount by buying more than one set.

Sheets are wonderful

By far the best pillows I have ever used. I love the versatility of the two sides and the insert.

My first order was wrong. I had to send pictures of what I received as if I was lying. Then I was issued a return label to send back everything. Then entire order was not wrong though. I would not recommend buying anything from this business.

Never got a shipping conformation or tracking info. Had I not contacted customer service i'd of had no idea when the items I ordered were going to be delivered. Items also took a week and a half to arrive

I purchased two pillows that came in one box. Neither was comfortable. To return them, I had to package them in two separate boxes (waste of time and resources), print two shipping labels, and send them each for a flat fee of $15.00 each. I called to confirm this was necessary. It was. I will never purchase from this company again.

Both customer care & shipping went very smoothly & both coverlets arrived in immaculate condition!
