Pillow came quickly. Box was torn in several places however. Didn’t seem to damage pillow though which is good.

I’m happy to have been able to return the items I purchased but I’m extremely displeased that your company charges $15 for returns for a refund. Your product is more expensive than your competitors but I was willing to pay for quality. But now that I know about this return fee I will look elsewhere for sheets in the future.

I've been sleeping on the Cooling SoftCell Chill Pillow for about a week since it arrived. I have a disc injury so have been searching for a pillow that feels supportive without making me feel locked into the way the pillow manufacturer thinks I should be sleeping! I have bought several high end pillows and not felt comfortable on any of them. Now I found this PureCare SoftCell pillow, and I LOVE IT! I actually look forward to getting into bed each night. You just...... fall asleep. It is supportive but very welcoming at the same time. Very happy!
