I purchased mattress covers for both of my kids and I. I purchased the lifetime warranty for them as well. When I called to inquire about how to get replacement covers for my kids, I called on a Sunday and left a voicemail since they were closed. That Monday after, someone called me back and left a voicemail saying they missed my call and I could contact them back for instructions. I called back and a customer support specialist named Michelle answered. I explain the reason for my call and she was very nasty with me. She accused me of lying about calling on the weekend because they are closed. I explained to her that I left a voice mail and someone returned my call the next day. Michelle said “well what’s the reason for your call if someone already called you back” I explained again that they left me a voicemail and i did not directly speak to them. She kept going and was rude for no reason. I asked her why she was being so nasty to me, she assured me she wasn’t. People like her ruin the experience. I just want to get replacement covers like I paid for. She did not help me, she made me feel like uncomfortable as if I did something wrong. I hope the calls are recorded because that was very uncalled for!

Pillow is great Need to be more clear about "free" pillowcases Either they never sent the pillowcases I paid for, or, the "free" pillowcases only come when you buy the pillowcases and pillow with the 15% combo discount that makes the pillowcases essentially free as its basically the same price as buying the pillow alone

This sheet set is amazing! I was impressed by how well these have regulated the temperature in our bed. I used to get too hot and sweaty, then too cold and woke up a lot at night going between the extreme temperature changes. Now we stay cool all night without getting too hot or too cold. They initially feel cold when you get into bed but get to a medium-cool temperature after a few minutes and stay that way. After the first wash, they got even softer and continue to get softer with each wash. I highly recommend trying them out!

I'm pleased with my entire purchase. Everything arrived at the same time.

I was hoping to replace my favorite pillow that I bought years ago and the pillow I got was way too firm so I had to return it. Unfortunately, they gave me free pillowcases, which they wouldn’t let me return and then charged me for with the return of my pillow so I’m out $45 from “free” pillowcases that I didn’t want and shipping and I didn’t get to replace my favorite pillow. I would’ve been so happy if they were still making my pillow!

Our pillows smelled bad when we opened them - very bad. We assumed they were maybe "de-gassing"?? Left them in an open/dry space for a week and they still reeked. So then we decided to run them in a delicate dryer cycle for a couple hours after removing the covers and unzipping them. They continued their stinkiness after that. So now 10 days after that we left out in a dry open area they still stink. Tried the ChatBot with no success as to how to de-stench them, then received admittedly prompt but unexpected email and phone calls from a customer service agent who, once we called back, was giving off perturbed vibes that we didn't see her emails or accept her 800 number calls (does anyone answer those still?). She said it usually took a couple weeks for the smell to go away and first suggested we just go ahead and file a warranty claim, then wanted to transfer me to a manager when I told her I really just wanted her to support my efforts to actually KEEP the pillows. She then actually began a halfhearted attempt to support us and suggested we wash the external part of the pillow, which we are now doing. We'll see, and I don't really leave reviews so no way I'm wating on the washing machine cycle to see if that worked - sorry. This review will hopefully help someone else to realize these pillows will definitely emanate some smelliness when you get them so don't be surprised. Also don't expect a "thanks for being a customer" attitude from the support bot/human - that apparently also went away with trust in 800 number calls. Crotchety is a word I've never said or written until now.

lowk when u wash w regular detergent, the color comes out and after a while smells bad but if you buy a special laundry detergent made for silk it will be good and fine. i love the quality, very nice and beautiful on my bed
