I recently bought a fence through a different site online and didn't receive all of the parts. After dozens of phone calls and e-mails two months later I still have not received the parts. After one phone call to POOL FENCE DIY, I received the correct part the next! Thank you, POOL FENCE DIY. I would definitely recommend these people over any other pool fence companies online.

Nice fence. Easy to install

Great service.

You won’t regret getting this fence. My husband set it up in one day. He said drilling the holes was the hardest part. 64 holes to be exact lol. There were a few back ordered parts that took a few weeks to come and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5. The staff was very responsive and the installation videos were very helpful. I highly recommend this pool fence!

Great product and great customer service! This fence gives us peace of mind when we have our young daughter playing in the backyard

We are so incredibly happy with the purchase of our fence! We have a 2 year and newborn and now have peace of mind as an extra layer of protection. Thank you!!!

Easy to install. Great customer service. A great company to deal with. Addressed all my questions immediately.

I was stuck on the install. It was all cleared up. Thanks.

Great product. The design your fence feature on the web site made ordering super easy. All the videos and printable instructions (on the web site) really helped with instalation. With dogs, cats and kids at home, this fence really gives up a piece of mind.

Fence and accessories were delivered in just a few days. Fence was easy to assemble and looks great. So nice to not have to worry about the safety of our grandchildren around the pool.

Internet site is so easy to navigate.

Ordering the pool fence and accessories was simple and once the order was placed, I received everything within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping was free as well. Installation was simple once I watched a few videos and followed the step-by-step instructions. The fence turned our great and the peace of mind that comes with it, is priceless. I was such a pro, I thought about how I could benefit by opening up a business to install this fence as a side hustle.

The order came in fast. There was a hardware issue but they fixed the problem very fast. Great job. Easy to install with the right tools Thank you so much. Safe home for my grand kids.

All the materials were delivered promptly and I felt they went out of their way to make sure everything was correct….ty

I ordered the pool fence on Amazon and it came in on time and well packaged. It had everything needed to install the fence. The fence was relatively easy to install, but it would be nice if they had tips on how to make sure the fence is super tight and doesn’t sag. The drill guides were helpful, but if you follow them it isn’t tight enough. I ended up being one section short to complete the fence and the company had an option for one on the website that was nice.

We love the fence and it is perfect for us. I did research and this company came out on top. Was sad that there wasn’t a dealer in our area but learned of the DIY product. We have 4 grandchildren under 4 and this fence gives us such peace of mind. We had a handyman install it and he was very complementary of the product, the instructions and the tools (like the drill bit guide). Highly recommend!

There Is No One That's Answers The Phone. Needed To Return Some Parts That Where Sent Wrong. Could Not Ever Get A Hold Of Anyone.

We chose this company because of all the helpful videos that come along with our purchase…and those videos really did help when we were installing the fence and gate. Everything was easy to order and arrived super quickly, well packaged, and along with the written instructions we were able to set our fence up without many hiccups. Now that it’s up, the fence is sturdy and really does look nice. We’re happy with it!

Very happy easy instructions and installation

This is a great do it yourself fence. It shows each step, easy to read instructions & many videos online to assist. If I can do it anyone can!!
