I ordered the pool fence on Amazon and it came in on time and well packaged. It had everything needed to install the fence. The fence was relatively easy to install, but it would be nice if they had tips on how to make sure the fence is super tight and doesn’t sag. The drill guides were helpful, but if you follow them it isn’t tight enough. I ended up being one section short to complete the fence and the company had an option for one on the website that was nice.

We love the fence and it is perfect for us. I did research and this company came out on top. Was sad that there wasn’t a dealer in our area but learned of the DIY product. We have 4 grandchildren under 4 and this fence gives us such peace of mind. We had a handyman install it and he was very complementary of the product, the instructions and the tools (like the drill bit guide). Highly recommend!

There Is No One That's Answers The Phone. Needed To Return Some Parts That Where Sent Wrong. Could Not Ever Get A Hold Of Anyone.

We chose this company because of all the helpful videos that come along with our purchase…and those videos really did help when we were installing the fence and gate. Everything was easy to order and arrived super quickly, well packaged, and along with the written instructions we were able to set our fence up without many hiccups. Now that it’s up, the fence is sturdy and really does look nice. We’re happy with it!

This is the best company. Shipping was super quick, their support excellent and the product is top-notch. We are grandparents who needed to further enclose our pool for our grandchildren. After research and recommendations from others, I contacted the company to find a dealer in my area. None exists, and they told me about their DIY option. The instructions and assistance was so helpful. We did not install ourselves, but had a handyman do it and he was very impressed with the product. Also, one of the small packages arrived without the product (a drill bit) because it appeared the tube was damaged in shipping. They sent it a replacement to us the next day. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Shipped fast , clip system to attach fence section to section is a joke , also the gate has no stability and it’s hard to level gate for strike and catch , 20 years as a carpenter

This pool fence was easy to install and looks great. Recommend purchasing the drill and drill guide to make things easier. Put it up in 4 hours. We marked things out a couple times before drilling which helped

When we lived in FL we had the company install the pool fence for us and it was a breeze. When we moved away, I was hesitant to try this diy version because I didn't want to mess it up. Let me tell you, they give you absolutely everything you need to be successful. Setting the perimeter with the pole template made drilling holes in my new concrete no problem. Everything shipped quickly and efficiently. Now I have the ease of mind that my kids are safe.

This is tough because I would give different aspects of the experience different ratings. Customer service and website: would give a 5/5. Since there is not a local installer we had to do the DIY. We were nervous since we had to drill into concrete and we were nervous about what to order. We got in touch with Chris, a customer service rep, and he was fantastic. He walked me through website, gave me great advice, and answered additional questions on weekends. Great guy Installation - I would give a 1. It is advertised as easy to put up and easy to take down. My husband and father in law (who are extremely handy men… my husband actually owns a construction business) had a very tough time putting it together. The directions did not match, some Items broke and there was no direction for uneven concrete. Due to this both gates do not automatically self close (a very important feature) We have to manually close the gate behind us. Additionally we cannot easily take down the fence as advertised. It is really stuck in the ground and would take a lot of maneuvering to take down. The easy takedown was a big selling point for us because our pool is positioned in a very strange place and it is not easy to clean with fence up. Don’t get me wrong this was an essential purchase (we have 1.5 year old and dog) I have so much peace of mind when we are in the backyard now. However, I do think certain descriptions did not match with what we experienced.

Hunter Zunino was exceptional and her attention to detail was outstanding. I wasn’t able to communicate with gentleman recommended to install. However. I would recommend Gary Mosher 904-450-3039. He is located in St. Augustine and Jacksonville FL.

The fence was as easy to install as suggested! The instructions, especially for the gate, were a little tricky to follow, but the videos on the website really helped and in most cases, the intuitive answer was the correct one. I would only caution to double check that the drill guide is securely fastened, as mine titled a little during drilling so one of my posts is a little more titled than ideal, but not enough to detract from the finished product.
