Fence looks incredible and is extremely durable. Templates were spot on. Had extra material and it was a very seamless return process as well! Would highly recommend

Installation wasn’t bad and customer service was great before Christmas and New years. Just don’t try and install it over the holiday (like we did) because they all are off but only mention that shipping is stopped. It isn’t as easy to install in turf. The copper pipe recommendation one of their people recommended seems to work but hammering it in was hard. The mallet wasn’t strong enough for the dirt and the hammer was too damaging for the pipe. I bought a half price version from target and my wife and I did think their quality was better than Amazon type products. We shall see how it holds up I wish they would have turf installation videos. Also be aware when you order that the “how many turns” only refers to 90 degrees. It over ordered me posts and I didn’t realize it till I got the shipment.

Fence looks good, came quickly

Zero customer support for installation. Three calls to them with no response. The instruction manuals don’t match the product. The product was shipped timely, so that part was great.

Absolutely easy to replace a fence gate mechanism. Very easy to talk to Chris about the problem and received the item very fast.

Easy enough set up, pretty straight forward. With small kids around an in ground pool, this was a no brainer decision. Shipped from Florida to Ohio in less than a week. Very excited for this addition for this upcoming summer.
