Fence looks good, came quickly

Zero customer support for installation. Three calls to them with no response. The instruction manuals don’t match the product. The product was shipped timely, so that part was great.

Absolutely easy to replace a fence gate mechanism. Very easy to talk to Chris about the problem and received the item very fast.

Great experience ordering from them. Install was very easy using the templates and tooling they provide. I was impressed by the quality of materials. The fence is very sturdy and I no longer have to worry about the risk of having my kids or their guests playing in our backyard and accidentally falling into the pool. And if no kids are around, removing the entire fence just takes a few minutes.

I recently purchased some pool fencing with a gate featuring the TriLatch system at an estate sale. Unfortunately, the seller did not have the key to the lock. Poolfencediy was the solution to my problem. I have a 3-month-old Lab that was running over my pool cover. She loved to splash and get wet. The parts arrived within a few days and the order was absolutely correct. Using the supplied hole drilling guide made installation spot on. The Fence is pretty good. The installation instruction need to be updated. In my instance, the manual says to drill a pilot hole to install the locking hooks, but there isn't a spot to drill the hole. I called service, no one answered, I left a message explaining my issue and a call back number. No one ever called back.
