We has previously bought a fence for a pool and then we moved and wanted to install in our new house. We needed some parts and items to make this happen. Pool Fence DIY had the best pricing and fastest service! We are up and running and everything looks and works great

Great experience! Product is great and the customer support is even better! They answered questions over the phone and were very responsive with returning extra supplies. Highly recommend.

I purchased some anchors for a safety fence from Poolfence DIY. The site was easy to navigate and securely pay. The shipping was super fast. Very happy with this experience!

We purchased the Pool Fence DIY system specifically to make our pool area safer for our children, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. First, this fence is absolutely NOT as easy to install, remove, or use as it is advertised. We live on a farm, regularly build and install things ourselves, and consider ourselves very handy people. This system has been an absolute nightmare. The instructions are poor, the installation is incredibly tedious, and getting everything aligned correctly is much more difficult than the website makes it appear. My biggest concern, however, is the gate latch and locking system. It has to be aligned almost perfectly in order to properly close and latch. In just the few days we have had the fence installed, this has already resulted in several situations where we believed the gate was secure when it was not properly latched. For something specifically marketed as a pool safety fence, that is extremely concerning. A child-safety product should be simple, reliable, and easy for adults to operate correctly every single time. In our experience, this system is none of those things. It requires far too much effort and precision just to make sure the gate is actually secured. We are so unhappy with the product that we have requested a refund three separate times and have still not been able to get this resolved. I would strongly caution other parents before purchasing this system. We bought it for peace of mind and instead feel like we have to constantly double-check it to make sure it is actually secure. For a product being advertised as a safety solution around a swimming pool, that is simply unacceptable.

We got a new pool this summer I have 4 acres already fenced. After back and forth with the county, there was a disagreement over whether my existing 5’ tall fence meets code. Turns out the 2”x4” mesh is on the wrong side of the fence. Instead of spending thousands replacing 700’ of mesh, or adding a 2nd permanent fence, I ordered a poolfencediy product with the drill bit and guide. It took me 2 days to install sections and the gate and problem solved. It’s a great quality fence and had easy to understand instructions. I’m a DIY’er so I actually enjoyed it. The holes/plugs in my concrete don’t look as unpleasant as I thought it would be. I’ll admit, I got the fence simply to satisfy the county, however I’ll likely put the “removable” fence up in the winter time. I’m writing this review mainly because this company has been a pleasure to work with. This fence was sitting in my garage for months during our back and forth as I was very hesitant to install it. They were going to allow me to return the fence long after delivery (unopened ofcourse) if it turned out I didn’t need it. I really appreciated that. My timeline kept changing because of my pool builder and the county dispute over my existing fence and this company understood that. At the end of the day, I had 1 extra fence panel unopened and poolfencediy sent me a shipping label and allowed the return. I’m very satisfied with my decision to put up this fence and. I feel like I picked the right company and they were the easiest part of this pool build! Thanks again! For those concerns over the holes: you can always fill with hydraulic cement or polysand… I know what some would say to that… yes, I would still have my permanent fence and we have wooded acres around our property and no neighbors- so we feel comfortable.

Fence seems to be good quality. I just wish it came with anchors to secure ends to a stone wall. Instructions for this part just says to use concrete anchors and included eyelet.

Love the dual alarm on the safety gate!

Great pool fence and easy to put together. Customer Service helped with any question.

I was pleased with the communication regarding my order as well as the quickness of its delivery. We are currently installing our new fence and so far are very happy with our purchase!

Fence looks incredible and is extremely durable. Templates were spot on. Had extra material and it was a very seamless return process as well! Would highly recommend

beautiful fence, looks great

Great material - easy to put together

Great quality fence & gate

Installation wasn’t bad and customer service was great before Christmas and New years. Just don’t try and install it over the holiday (like we did) because they all are off but only mention that shipping is stopped. It isn’t as easy to install in turf. The copper pipe recommendation one of their people recommended seems to work but hammering it in was hard. The mallet wasn’t strong enough for the dirt and the hammer was too damaging for the pipe. I bought a half price version from target and my wife and I did think their quality was better than Amazon type products. We shall see how it holds up I wish they would have turf installation videos. Also be aware when you order that the “how many turns” only refers to 90 degrees. It over ordered me posts and I didn’t realize it till I got the shipment.

Fence looks good, came quickly

Zero customer support for installation. Three calls to them with no response. The instruction manuals don’t match the product. The product was shipped timely, so that part was great.

Absolutely easy to replace a fence gate mechanism. Very easy to talk to Chris about the problem and received the item very fast.

Excellent materials at an affordable price!

Great experience and customer service! Purchased the Pet Fence and order was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Prior to ordering, all my questions were answered and made me more confident that this was the right solution. Installation was easy and by installing it ourselves, we saved a ton of money and got a more customized fence. Looks great and now have peace of mind that my blind dog is safe from falling into the pool!

Customer service was very helpful in helping me understand what I needed. Thanks for all your help.
