Install went as described on the website. Packages arrived quickly. Had to return 2 parts, and customer service for that was excellent. The product looks great. Gate works well. Worth the price.

The customer service was on the mark. I found I calculated the length by a foot. They sent a replacement section of mesh at no charge. Their YouTube videos made this easy to install. I would recommend this company.

Absolutely love our pool fence! We have 2 under 2 and the peace of mind it gives us is worth every penny. The fence came in quicker than we expected. Great customer service!

Definitely a DIY project. Very easy to install, good quality product and Customer Service was responsive to a question I had regarding installation. Now we have peace of mind in safe guarding our grandkids from any pool incidents.

Very easy to install. Looks professional. Customer service was quickly responsive and very helpful with installation questions.

The experience I had with Pool Fence DIY was fantastic! Everything from building my fence online to the install was seamless. The fence was delivered within only a day or 2. The install instructions were very straight forward and only took me a few hours to have the fence up. It looks great and is very well made. I highly recommend Pool Fence DIY!!!

I bought 5 pole caps for . 57 each: It cost $20 to ship them. Shipping is too expensive.

Easy enough set up, pretty straight forward. With small kids around an in ground pool, this was a no brainer decision. Shipped from Florida to Ohio in less than a week. Very excited for this addition for this upcoming summer.

Great DIY Fence and quality. The support staff will help you through anything.

Great experience ordering from them. Install was very easy using the templates and tooling they provide. I was impressed by the quality of materials. The fence is very sturdy and I no longer have to worry about the risk of having my kids or their guests playing in our backyard and accidentally falling into the pool. And if no kids are around, removing the entire fence just takes a few minutes.

I recently purchased some pool fencing with a gate featuring the TriLatch system at an estate sale. Unfortunately, the seller did not have the key to the lock. I contacted poolfenceDIY customer service on a Sunday evening via email to see if I could obtain a key. I had a reply in my inbox when I woke up Monday morning from Hunter Zunino, customer service manager. She asked for photos of the fencing and gate latch. When she saw the latch was an older model, she shipped a new updated latch to me, which I received the next day. Now that's commitment to pool safety -- and exceptional customer service. Thank you Hunter and poolfenceDIY.

Poolfencediy was the solution to my problem. I have a 3-month-old Lab that was running over my pool cover. She loved to splash and get wet. The solution was the poolfencediy system. the ordering was very straightforward; shipping was free; and for you Veterans, there is a military discount! A real plus!! The parts arrived within a few days and the order was absolutely correct. Using the supplied hole drilling guide made installation spot on. Now my pool cover is protected and the dog is safe from falling thru the cover. The grandkids are also safe from accidently falling into the pool when we open it next summer. The poolfencediy system was the right solution for me; and it came at the right price; and the installation instructions made is super easy. Thanks, I needed this!

PoolfenceDIY was great! A great product and service. They answered any questions and problems that I experienced in a timely manner. You can't go wrong partnering with this company!

The Fence is pretty good. The installation instruction need to be updated. In my instance, the manual says to drill a pilot hole to install the locking hooks, but there isn't a spot to drill the hole. I called service, no one answered, I left a message explaining my issue and a call back number. No one ever called back.

Ordering from poolfencedyi was super easy and the shipping was quick. The fence came out great with no need to contact customer support. They had everything in stock and ready to ship.

The Pool Fence DIY team is the BOMB! We were up against a final inspection for our new pool after we failed the 1st round due to our fence company not installing what we thought was a kid safety perimeter fence. So I went online and after the reviews I decided yo tackle this project myself! I had placed an order in my cart, after looking through the videos and decided to call to place the order from Texas, just 2 days before hurricane Milton with Hunter and knowing the company could shutter the business due to the storm. She assured me if placed that even, she would get it out and it would be to me in 3 to 4 days. The next day I realized I missed some items and texted her back the day of the storm to please add and ship if possible. She quickly sent the invoice and next was the shipping email and to my surprise the order all delivered at the same time in 3 days. I recommend renting the alignment tool for the installation and take your time, you will not be disappointed in the finished product!!! Took me and the wife 1.5 days to install, it’s the best company with support you’ll find anywhere Folks. We highly recommend the product from made and delivered right here in the USA 110%!!! Thank you again HUNTER!!!

Easy install! Looks great! Will keep my twins safe and dogs out of the pool!
