Really easily to set up! Pool fence came in fast! However the drill bit got lost somehow by ups but once I contacted pool fence it got to my house the next 2 days! Amazing!! I recommend to always measure 2-3 times and get a SDS drill with tons of battery! The drillling party took the longest. Once all the holes were drilled it literally just slipped into place! I love the automatic locking/closing door too!! Highly recommend pool fence!!

We did a lot of research on DIY pool fence options after getting a professional quote that was 5x the price and chose pool fence diy as it really walked us through the process of designing a fence that was customized to our situation. When I had questions before purchasing I spoke to Chris, who answered our questions and was our wealth of knowledge when we had questions along the way during install. The order process was simple and delivery was timely given the large size and weight of the packages (came in multiple boxes). To be honest, installation was a challenge simply because we hadn’t done this before- I’m confident I could install one in 1/4 the time if I had to do it again. Definitely buy the drill guide and use the videos on their website- it was a big help! Now that it is up it looks great and we feel so much better knowing we have this added layer of protection to keep our baby safe!

Overall, we are very happy with the fence. It was straightforward to install and looks great. We ran into an issue with one piece being bent on delivery, but Hunter from customer service responded promptly and got a replacement sent out asap. The 4/5 rating is because of difficulty leveling the gate, which we still have not resolved.

I recently bought a fence through a different site online and didn't receive all of the parts. After dozens of phone calls and e-mails two months later I still have not received the parts. You won’t regret getting this fence. My husband set it up in one day. He said drilling the holes was the hardest part. 64 holes to be exact lol. There were a few back ordered parts that took a few weeks to come and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5. The staff was very responsive and the installation videos were very helpful. I highly recommend this pool fence!

Great product. The design your fence feature on the web site made ordering super easy. All the videos and printable instructions (on the web site) really helped with instalation. With dogs, cats and kids at home, this fence really gives up a piece of mind.
