Delivery was quick and the chairs and table look great.

shipping artived on tome. well packed

It's a really solid table, and it's going to last us a long, long time. Construction of the table itself was pretty easy, and the chairs came pre-assembled, which was great. Between this set and the other small table with four chairs that we bought, we ordered 10 total chairs. They came pre-assembled, which was super convenient, but 3 of those 10 had construction flaws, including exposed nails and not being connected all the way through, etc. In fully 30% of the chairs we received, we had to file warranty claims and request new chairs. The warranty process was pretty straightforward, but it still seems like there's a significant quality control issue. We're ordering a product expecting it to last a long, long time, and it's arriving already in a compromised state. In all three of these cases, these do not appear to be issues that were caused in shipment. They were instead construction quality issues and left the factory that way. POLYWOOD would do well to invest in better quality control.

Great patio set

Love the chairs! White glove assembly was great

I love the bright blue color and how sturdy it is. This will work nicely on our patio.

Sturdy, attractive and easy to assemble

Had an issue and it was solved immediately. Thank you.

This rocker is sturdy, attractive, comfortable and a great addition to our front porch. We ordered two to celebrate our 35th anniversary and are enjoying sitting on the front porch together at the end of the day. Two people made the assembly efficient and having our own tools made is easier to assemble than the tool provided. Just what I hoped for when I ordered it! Shipping arrived in stages, but all boxes were eventually delivered for two rockers, a long island table, and two cushions. The cushions are comfortable and stylish.

So far we love them! Great quality - not the easiest to put together but overall great!

Great product and delivery experience.

Well constructed. Easy minimal assembly.

Fast shipping and love the text message alerts

We got this set for our backyard Friday Night Fire events with our kids. We love them because you don't sink into them as much as regular adirondack chairs, but they are still very comfortable. Got the cushions too and those were worth it. We will be ordering another set for a total of four chairs and two tables.

The chairs are beautiful & they arrived in a timely manner

Love it! Already have a table and chairs from you! Like the fact that they can be left out all winter and the cushions stored in the bench!

Easy ordering and communication.

The table , bench and umbrella are all beautiful! Easy to assemble and very comfortable.

Entire set is perfect for my deck

The quality of the furniture alone is unmatched, but the service and customer experience does not miss either. I ordered on Sunday and the chairs were to my house from North Carolina that Friday of the same week. The alerts for tracking delivery helped us coordinate being there to bring them in for assembly immediately. Assembly is simple, even for those that are not handy. We love it!
