Easy to assemble, very sturdy, looks great.

While delivery was delayed a few weeks, the end result is just what I wanted. Had the white glove delivery and he was very kind and did a good job of putting together the furniture. We love all of our plywood pieces and will likely be ordering more!

Shipping took longer than expected from order to delivery but well worth the wait.

These saddle stools fit neatly under my Edge table and they’re very sturdy. They arrived assembled so that’s a plus.

Wish the lead time for arrival had been a little shorter, but understand that other factors intervened.

In spite of an initial problem with one of the chaise lounges, you made things right and we now have a complete purchase with which we are very pleased.

Our chairs came as scheduled. They were easy to put together and are perfect by our pool.

We ordered the porch swing twice through Lowe’s. Both arrived defective. Not sure if Lowe’s sent the same one twice but they both had the same problem. The metal bar was separated on one end. Now we are stuck with the pad because we had to order it from you instead of Lowe’s. Tried to get in touch with customer service but was impossible since we didn’t order the swing from you.

From ordering to delivery, everything was great. I love my new conversation table.

Furniture shipped on time and was easy to assemble

Ordering went smoothly and Polywood confirmed the order via email. Updates on fabrication schedule, shipping and delivery were provided to keep me apprised of the order status throughout the purchase process.

stylish and matches well

We purchased vineyard 5-piece round dining set and we absolutely love it, however we were given the wrong hardware for the armrests for the chairs. I know it is a third-party that handles delivery, however it was such a hassle. I was given a 2 week delivery window and there was no communication. We were out of state when they tried to deliver. I spoke with the driver and requested that deliver when we are back in town and told him the day so I could make sure I was home. He agreed and said that was fine. A week later at 7:30 AM ( we were still not home) they delivered our set without any communication. Thankfully, we were coming home the next day, so it only sat out front in the open overnight for 1 day. All in all, we love our furniture and continue to support Polywood, but for the price we pay, we would recommend and appreciate better communication in the future.
