Great product and service

Very disappointed. Only the table and three of the four chairs I ordered a month ago have arrived. One chair was even was missing a part and I had to reorder. I still do not have the fourth chair!

Love my dining table set for the pool area

We have ordered all of our outdoor furniture over the last 10 years from Polywood. Even the furniture ordered 10 years ago still looks good. True - they are covered when not in use to protect them from Florida weather, but we have been very happy with the longevity. And cleanup - if they need it - is super easy.

We are fans for life. Had an AMAZING service experience with their agent during the pandemic when everything everywhere was back ordered and as a result we won’t buy any other other outdoor furniture (I was nice to her and she returned the kindness 1000% - life lesson). Polywood stands behind their products. We have chairs that are over 20 years old - they do not quit. That’s quality.

We had video and printed instructions. All parts were included.

It is a great set. Fair price compared to others. Just wish it didn’t take as long to ship once preferred. . Once shipped it moved and was delivered professionally.

Bought an additional arm chair. The arms were easy to assemble. Love Vineyard Dining Arm chairs and the table.

Took a little longer than expected but so worth it!

Very comfortable…. great product !! We have a couple of these loungers on the sun shelf of our pool, where the water is about 8” deep. They are great.

No discount for first purchase, but the chairs and table arrived in estimated time and in excellent condition!
