We ordered multiple Vineyard 3-Piece Rocking Sets, and all of them arrived incomplete. Customer service was responsive and apologetic, but we were informed that warehouse and manufacturing operations shut down for the final weeks of the year, delaying replacement shipments until January. These sets were intended to be primary Christmas gifts for family members. Because of the missing pieces and the end-of-year shutdown, our gifts were a letdown. Although replacement orders were submitted, the delay made the resolution ineffective for its intended purpose. At this price point, orders should ship complete, and customers should not be impacted by internal shutdowns, especially during peak holiday gifting season. Better quality control, clearer communication, and realistic holiday fulfillment planning are needed. At this point, it’s unclear how long it will actually take for this issue to be fully resolved.

Quick and accurate

We purchased 2 of these Polywood Adirondack chairs in Sky Blue from Rooms to Go about 18 months ago. These more recent ones in Lime that we purchased directly from Polywood are not the same quality. Disappointing!

The customer service was great, we had a small problem with delivery but polywood took care of the issue and delivery the very next day.

Chairs were very well packed, easy to assemble, and well made!
