Had an issue with one of the cushions that arrived damaged. Polywood immediately sent me a brand new replacement cushion! Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Items arrived damaged and customer service was terrible. I was not informed I would be responsible for packaging and returning the damaged items

Assembly was easy and straightforward. Lighter duty than By The Yard comparable, but a few hundred dollar savings. Overall great quality!

Looks great! I'm very pleased with the overall look and quality. Great value for the price.

came in three boxes....two boxes arrived first, the third arrived three days later. Customer service assured me the third box was on its way , just in the Fed Ex warehouse awaiting being loaded. It happens when several boxes are shipped. He was right!

Great chair. Packed and shipped with care, easy to assemble, and comfortable for our deck countertop. Appreciate the intermediate height. Very stable yet not too heavy.

Comfortable and durable!

Was not easy to assemble, but we did it. Very comfortable and good quality chairs.

Very well done in all aspects.

Everything was great! Wonderful gift!.

Very pleased with our new umbrella. The fabric is thick yet flexible, and the base is heavy and sturdy.

I absolutely love this pet feeder! The quality is great, and I love how sturdy and well-made it is. One of my favorite things is that I don't have to worry about it rusting. The bowls are also much larger than most, which is a huge plus! It looks great, is easy to clean, and is exactly what I was looking for. I'm so happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, high-quality pet feeder!

Very satisfied with quality and ease of assembly. Highly recommend this product.

Customer service is phenomenal! will be purchasing more polywood products.
