Fantastic - love the product!

The beach side table is the perfect size! It is a great height for next to the deep seated chair and is sturdy. I especially like that it does not show any signs of the elements and after a rain it dries quickly. Well worth the investment!

No quality or care in craftsmanship. I suggest people find another manufacturer. These are large heavy pieces of plastic wood, to box them back up and send them back would be a real hassle. Unless you are carpenter you would be hard pressed to make them work .

We purchased this Martha Stewart set in May, 2026. It arrived shrink wrapped on a pallet packaged in very strong, reinforced, and high quality cardboard boxes. Very impressive!!! Cushions were all wrapped in plastic and furniture pieces fit like a clockwork puzzle inside each box. Assembly took a while; there was one screw that was really challenging to install - the one located where the chair arms meet the backrest. It's a bear!!! BUT ONCE ASSEMBLED, THIS SET IS WELL DESIGNED, ERGONOMIC, AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. Although very pricey, it's well worth the investment!!! 5-stars all the way!!! WS/Fredericksburg, VA.

Woof. To misquote the old ball coach, "Three out of nine, not very good. . . " a third of the furniture ordered had manufacturing errors. Got a few invites to review from Polywood while working with customer service. So, that's how I rate the experience. . .

The glider was shipped right on schedule. Not to difficult to put together. We love it!!

Took a month to get it and couldn’t put it together due to screw holes not being drilled correctly.

Everything was perfect! The white glove delivery was amazing!!

The quality of our new loungers is fantastic. They were easy to assemble, however we were missing one of the A screws and one of the B screws from the assembly package

Pricey but solid

The table shipped about a week later than they told us it would. Their phone number was impossible to locate, but thankfully my American Express charge had one. The lady who answered my call was exceptionally nice and the table shipped even sooner than she expected. I just wish they provided a readily available phone number for concerns such as ours. A six thousand dollars plus purchase deserves that service.
