poor quality furniture!

Excellent quality

I hoped that the Polywood overall reputation meant that these thin cushions would provide good cushioning. They did not. They're nice to look at, but not for the sitting I do to read a book out there for a couple of hours.

Worth the wait- took about 4 weeks from ordering to delivery. Came well packaged instructions were simple and easy.

Comfortable and attractive. Shout out to the delivery and assembly crew – they were terrific!

They fit perfectly on my porch. Unusual appearance of all my flowers as we are under watch for small tornadoes. Thank you again for replacing parts.

The men who delivered and assembled the table and chairs were very professional and friendly!

The feeder itself is great, but the bowls they sent were very poor quality. I contacted the product manager to express my frustration. I also read the reviews and knew this was coming. However, I would still expect a change. You can’t pair a premium product with the cheapest bowls on the market. Also, I imagine many people don’t realize they can go by higher quality bowls elsewhere. Again, just not something you expect at that price point.

The table itself is awesome. The shipping was a nightmare.

solid construction, comfortable, east assembly

We are really please with the round table that we bought from Polywood. The table was easy to put together and is very sturdy. It also fits in very well with some other polywood furniture from another manufacturer.

Great chair. I did have a problem getting it to fold properly.

They arrived and put the pieces together and cleaned up and left us to enjoy our chairs

They arrived when promised; the staff who put them together were efficient and polite, and I love sitting with my morning coffee and newspaper on the sun porch where they sit.

So happy to have chairs that won’t fall apart or rust and should last for a long time.

The chairs are as I expected. They are comfortable and well made. Having the wheels makes it so easy to move around if necessary.
