You sent the wrong colored table for my set and then I was told I was responsible for taking the wrong table that you sent apart and boxing it up for return after I paid $250 for white glove delivery.

The chairs were easy to assemble. We now own seven of these chairs a pair of them in the round table we’ve owned for three years. We left them outdoors in direct sun with all the rain and weather that Houston Texas could offer and they are as good as the day they were bought we love sitting in them and when we put them outside, we use them unlike cheaper chairs that would break.

I got tired of replacing weather damaged outdoor furniture every few years, so I looked for something built to last. Polywood seems to be the ticket. I got 2 lounge chairs for my pool. They arrived well packaged, and were easy to assemble. They seem very sturdy and I’m confident they will last a lot longer in my Florida climate than my previous furniture from other brands. The padded striped cushions are comfy and seem durable, and they give my pool area a cool resort vibe, just without the crowds. So far I’m very happy with my purchase from Polywood.
