Great service and fast shipping

The positives are: Chairs look nice, very easy assembly, and shipment was quick. I have a larger negative though and it has to do with the material of the chair itself. I find this stock to be lighter than I would have expected given the price; especially the material for the chair legs. That was a disappointment for me. Would have thought buying the Polywood brand would be better.

Service was great. Hard to actually talk to a person (customer service) but that is the new normal for most companies now.

The whole thing looks good. Feels good working great.

We absolutely love the ottoman(s) that we ordered. The deck is a narrow deck and the ottomans are so versatile – we use them as a ‘table’, and then move them if we want to kick our feet up and relax. Great quality and great usability. Would highly recommend.

I love having deck furniture that I don't have to store over the winter. I have very little storage space for that. I wish I had known that when it all got delivered that there would be no help setting the boxes up on my deck. Instead, all the boxes were plastic wrapped onto a wood pallet and left in the middle of my driveway. I live alone and so got a neighbor to help me carry all the boxes up my steep driveway to my front deck.
