Great service and fast shipping

The positives are: Chairs look nice, very easy assembly, and shipment was quick. I have a larger negative though and it has to do with the material of the chair itself. I find this stock to be lighter than I would have expected given the price; especially the material for the chair legs. That was a disappointment for me. Would have thought buying the Polywood brand would be better.

Service was great. Hard to actually talk to a person (customer service) but that is the new normal for most companies now.

The whole thing looks good. Feels good working great.
