Super sturdy and great looking furniture. It did take about 3 weeks from time of purchase to delivery but worth the wait. Also, a couple of the arms of 2 chairs seem loose. Overall, Im happy with my new patio set!

Shipping wasn’t perfectly clear, even after I called multiple times and spoke to 2 different people before ordering. The product took a long time to arrive but delivery was smooth.

Our shipping notice told us the date our products would arrive. Our products arrived in four boxes, but some cushions were missing. I messaged the company and was told that they are probably coming in a separate shipment, which is what happened as another box arrived a few days later. There was no indication that our order would be shipped separately and I only ever received one shipping notice and tracking number for the original shipment.

Purchased pillows for the Polywood outdoor swing. The pillows look very nice with the coordinating seat cushion and are super comfortable to lean against!

Horrible process, ordering and actually getting the product, paid $500 for a white glove delivery that never happened - but in the end, we love the table.

Very happy with our new table and chairs set. It is very sturdy and feels premium- love the color and how close together the table slats are, makes it feel like a real indoor table (but outside). Also love how easy assembly was, with the chairs coming pre-assembled. You had to put the arms on the end chairs which was a bit of a pain and required extra tools. All things considered it wasn’t too bad. Hope to have our table for many years.
