Ordering was easy but I was disappointed with the delivery. I had requested that the boxes be tucked away by my front door and they were left in full view in my driveway.

The delivery service was excellent. The chairs were already assembled on arrival. They also helped me with some polywood Adirondack’s that were loose and they offered to help me with those too.

Nice cushion but the velcro straps are not long enough to work on the chair it was designed to fit. Major design flaw there.

I love the updates of the shipping process. My husband said the assembly went smoothly. When we were missing one single screw customer service was spot on and it’s being shipped to us right now. Great service.

For the cost of this set I would expect better craftsmanship. The pilot holes were incorrect and had to be bored myself in order to utilize the bolts per the instruction in the front part of the chair where the arm rest attaches. The back side where the arm rest attaches had these holes instead but were too large for the screws and do not screw in tightly.

Great set. Shipping was very prompt and bundled up nicely on one pallet. A couple chairs didn't have holes drilled for the screws but my husband is handy and fixed that. Love my set!

This is our fourth purchase from Polywood and couldn’t be happier. Bought this second rocker and a side table to for our front porch. Will likely purchase a couple planters to complete the look!

This order of four chairs initially missed enough parts that when the first shipment arrived, two of the chairs had to be sent back. Then we had to wait many weeks for the last two chairs to be redelivered and they were finally delivered today and (again!) they were missing a part! Whoever is in charge of your quality control dept should be fired bc your company wastes so much money getting the right parts to people after they’ve messed up. And this isn’t the first Polywood order that this has happened with for us either! And it’s not like these items are cheap either - for this price point, customers deserve better than this!! There are other companies out there who offer recycled plastic outdoor furniture and I bet Polywood is/will be losing lots of business to them bc of their bad customer service.
