Ordering process was pretty easy & we were kept posted on the order from warehouse to actual shipping. The shipping was a little sketchy. FedEx gave us a delivery date but then that changed ( we were almost not here to receive it). Then they were delivering to our neighbors before I saw them & redirected them to correct location.

We ordered a glider for a Christmas gift for my parents. It was delivered before the anticipated delivery date and came easy to assemble. Great quality product! We are very happy with our experience with Polywood!
