The quality of our new loungers is fantastic. They were easy to assemble, however we were missing one of the A screws and one of the B screws from the assembly package

Pricey but solid

The table shipped about a week later than they told us it would. Their phone number was impossible to locate, but thankfully my American Express charge had one. The lady who answered my call was exceptionally nice and the table shipped even sooner than she expected. I just wish they provided a readily available phone number for concerns such as ours. A six thousand dollars plus purchase deserves that service.

We had a glitch with the delivery which was handled very efficiently.

The rocking chair is very sturdy and matches the rest our Polywood chairs. Polywood did a great job fulfilling our order and it shipped when they said it would. Overall a great experience.

We love love love polywood! This marks several yrs of purchases yr after yr adding to our backyard collection. They are attractive, so very durable and comfortable and useful in every way. And the fact that all our Polywood backyard furniture is made of recycled plastics brings us comfort in the knowledge that their sustainability mission is primarily why we invested in their furniture. We now proudly own 30 pieces of Polywood furniture!
