Super bad I payed 800 for an orm painted fender and they sent me plastic

I purchased a front bumper cover painted to match my 2016 FR-S. I got the CAPA Certified part and used my VIN for the paint match. I received the product in a large box, unfolded (very nice); however, they should have packed it a bit better. Although it was wrapped in a nice padded tarp type material, there are two small pointed ends on this bumper cover on either edge. One of the small mounting points for the fender side lights arrived broken off. The broken piece was in the box thankfully, and I learned how to plastic weld to repair it. Had to purchase a plastic welder. In all the part fitment was very nice, and the paint match is "good. " The paint job is nice, so the reason I say good is because the color is just a bit brighter than the paint on my car; however, it's most likely somewhat because the paint on my car is 10 years old. You can see in the photo I haven't put the badge on, and you can see the rest of my car is filthy. The small tow hook cover you need to save from your old bumper on this car you can see is darker than the paint on the new bumper, but keep in mind that old part is DIRTY, so it's not as dramatic a difference as you see in the pic. Overall I'm very happy with the quality, fitment and the product itself and would certainly purchase from Partify again. BIG kudos to their customer service team! When I called to tell them about the broken part, they were going to offer to completely re-do the job. I said no, and that I would attempt a repair, but would like to know what type of compensation I could get for this option. Without missing a beat, they refunded HALF of the cost. That's outstanding service, and I was absolutely satisfied with that. I would have given 5-Stars for sure if the product was packed just a little better to prevent breakage. Thank you guys.

Everything was good except it wasn't fabricated 100%. Shipping and price were fair, but I guess I get what I pay for. I'm not sure if OEM would've had same issue. Color match was as close as it could be and the bumper fit. It just didn't have proper cut outs to install fog lights without having to cut holes for bracket. If not for that would have gotten 5 stars.
