Customer service was very good.

I ordered the CAPA fender option and it fit pretty well. Only knock on it was the square punch outs that house the factory plastic threadserts were too big. A lot of reviews are saying the paint is off, but it's a pretty good match considering the part is new and the surrounding parts have 13 years of wear from Texas sun.

Part was well packaged and the color match was very accurate. I ended up needing to buy more of the retention clips as several were damaged during the accident, but all in it was still much cheaper than my insurance deductible and only took around 2 hours to install.

Everything was as expected. Customer service did a great job when there was a small glitch with the order and made things right immediately.

I ordered 2 fenders. 1 for each side of my truck. One was labeled Aftermarket, (Made in USA), and the other was a CAPA part. The parts were painted and ready for shipping, but did not package and ship until I called them and asked why they had not shipped. The company is in Michigan. I AM IN MICHIGAN!!! The paint was good, but not perfect. Seemed thin and soft in areas. The BOTH fenders needed mounting hole modification to allow them to fit correctly on the vehicle. BOTH fenders had to be shimmed to proper alignment. OEM ones were removed containing no shims. The Driver's Side fender, (Left) was mis built in the mounting area containing the welded on hood hinge support bracket. Mounting hole for the hood hinge had to be modified and the hole lowered bay close to, if not over 1/4" to get the hood height from the top of the fender to the bottom of the hood to line up with equal gap. it is still not correct to the passenger side hood gap, but it is equal gap to itself.

Couldn’t be happier with the parts I ordered. Paint quality and packaging were superb. I highly recommend if you don’t have easy access to paint yourself.
