The parts are great, timing/shipping was awful… took 2 months to finally get something when its advertised that you ship out painted parts within 1-2 weeks… they didnt even START painting the part it until the day it was supposed to be DELIVERED … it took over a month for it to receive ANY status updates on what they were doing with my order. I had to email to finally get any order updates. on top of that when it finally got shipped, the expensive shipping company they use LOST my package and it took additional time to find it and retrieve it… we finally have it and granted the part itself is great. The color matches perfectly and it arrived in perfect condition… but the whole process was the most stressful money I have ever spent and took 2-3x longer the advertised time for me to get my item. I likely am going to be trying to find other parts elsewhere to finish my project.

Part came with one scratch and a bit bent on both sides due to shipping box and caused a small paint chip on one side but other than that it was good. Would purchase from partify again.

Came in full size box the size of the bumper, backed very, then opened an found poor QC? Both sides on inner part of the bumper has dirt in the paint an peeled off very easily, for the price I did not expect to have to sand prime an re paint something I all ready paid for so kinda shitty product

The color did not match our vehicle well. The VIN number must be used not only the Make and Model. There are many variants of the White color that was on ours and it didn't match very well.
