Paint on the bumper I ordered from them was peeling and I emailed partify about the issue and they shipped a new freshly painted bumper within 2 weeks completely free. They do very good at communicating and providing service

Good service and arrived within the specified time period, initially only the fender arrived when I was supposed to get the fender and bumper in the same day, but I contacted customer service for the company that shipped them and the bumper arrived the next day

Very disappointed I just emailed and submitted a review- 2nd order of my bumper but no screws, or clips or anything for that matter came with it. We had to take everything from the old bumper and replace it on the new bumper! It was painful and so hot! The plastics bumper was folded!!! In half!!!! Everything had to be fabricated and custom assembled for the bumper and plastics with fog lights to fit! It took all day to do… why would a bumper not come with screws or something to hold the bumper on the front of the car? Makes no sense! And having said that the holes were completely closed and cover in the pain and fiberglass we couldn’t even put screws through the holes without drilling out the holes!!!! Extremely frustrating and very unfortunate you would think after you had to send the first bumper back that the 2nd one would have come with all the bells and whistles! But no- refund or some other compensation for this inconvenience would be greatly appreciated.
