When I originally ordered the color was left off, they made it easy for me to cancel and had a customer service rep call and help me reorder and ensure I had to correct color. They also informed me during the waiting process a part had been damaged from their manufacturer. They were very reassuring they would have the issue resolved, said my product would be delayed and apologized but they still had it delivered on time! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Product came great and color matched.
