not what I paid 6k for

White glove delivery bad for install, missing screws and they do not know what they are doing.

Took longer than expected to arrive but worth the wait

Shipping service was OK. One of the 2 guys didn't not seem to be very optimistic about bringing the chair upstairs and was pushing hard to leave the chair on the first floor. I had to really explain it him that I paid for white glove delivery for this very purpose. Then they were able to take the chair upstairs with no issue.

Good customer service.

Oh sake did a nice job of packaging everything up on a pallet and shipping the chair in two pieces using YouTube videos. It was pretty easy to look up except there were one part of the video that doesn’t show a specific connection. I would’ve liked to of seen instructions come with the chair that were more detailed.

Superior product! You will not find a better chair with this level of high end integrated technology at this price. It’s July opinion that All other options above this are “fufu” to say the least. Unless you are not Frugal. Then add the other features. It’s like buying a Buick instead of a Cadillac. It’s the same technology packaged different. Great engineering and reliability either way..

I would give 5 stars but there was some temporary confusion between the long haul shipper and the local white glove delivery service. Got that straight pretty quickly. The staff that answers the phone are all friendly, prompt, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They handled the transaction professionally and efficiently.
