Chair arrived with one of the shoulder airbags not working. This was on 05/28/25? It is currently 06/16/25, and I still am waiting for the repair to be completed after support was contacted. . . .

I wish I had white gloves service because it is so havey

They were very helpful with getting my order cancelled with place we org ordered. , They were out of stock so ordered new chair directly threw Osaki still free shipping and also saved on tax.

The shipping was much faster than I anticipated, I ordered the chair in November expecting a longer delivery times due to the holidays. We ended up receiving the chair within a couple weeks. . which meant my wife got her Christmas present early, which is cool with me… all in all great shipping time, and chair arrived in good new condition.
