Chair is fine, terrible delivery service - recommend switching carriers

I have had this chair since Christmas 2025. It functions great, and I have used it almost once a day. The only complaint I have is the height and width of the mechanisms are hard to get adjusted, and I wish you could leave them in a default setting once you get them where you like them. Other than that, it has been wonderful for my RA.

I’m very pleased with the look and quality of my massage chair. The white glove delivery went well, too.

Overall this is a solid and strong design— geared towards individuals that prefer strong massages. Our family members all train jiu jitsu and judo, and this chair helps with muscle pain a lot. Important to note it cannot be taken apart and comes in one unit, so could not be moved to smaller rooms.

Very nice chair. Delivery people did not notify me that it was being delivered. So when I return a crate was in front of my garage door. Delivery paperwork was found across the street at my neighbor's house. Maybe have the delivery guys get a signature.
