Chair came with the calf airbags not working, chair operates loudly (or is making noise it isn't supposed to) which is weird considering you're supposed to relax in it and it have bluetooth speakers which the conflicts with the loud noise

I had a very warm and cordial service with the sales. With my disabilities, had to discuss the problem of receiving the delivery. The FedEx driver was extremely cordial and kind to deliver to the edge of my front door. He was kind enough to set the unit in foyer! He took the pallet and box!! Unusually kind driver.

Do not use white glove delivery if you wanted to save $250 since the chair was already assembled. All they did was bringing the chair inside my house and plug in!
