shipping was fine, set up was fine, chair started giving errors 3 months after purchase

I decided to wait before I gave my opinion on this massage chair, so that I could speak from experience. Just a little background history. I suffer from a bad back that I've had since I was in my late 20's. Throughout the years, I have dealt with recurring back spasms that usually happen at least once or twice a year. I've always wanted one of these chairs but since they were expensive, I always put it off. However, this year, my wife suggested that it may be now or never, so I chose the former. I am so happy that I did even though I really could have used it about 40 years ago. This chair literally has it all. You can select the type of massage that you would like with the remote, which works flawlessly, I might add, in addition to the part of the body that you want the massage to concentrate on, be it the neck and shoulders, entire spine, lower back, etc. Also, you can select the intensity of the massage, and the length of time that you want the massage to last. There is the choice to include heat during the massage, however, even on high, I can barely feel it. In addition, you can play 'mood music' from your smartphone that comes through the built-in blu-tooth speakers in the chair. INCREDIBLE. Now, for the various types of massages to pick from. You have Chinese, Thai, Relaxation, Yoga, Ancient, Boss, Lady, Senior and Deep Shiatsu in 3D mode. Each is unique, so it is entirely a personal preference. My suggestion to anyone who purchases this chair is simply this. ALWAYS choose the 10-minute massage first. That way you can experiment with the various choices and it won't be too uncomfortable if you really don't like how it feels. The delivery guys told me that you should NOT try to shut if off when it is in the massage mode, so I don't do that. These massages can be too INTENSE for some people even though that's the way I prefer, but it could be painful and that is not what people want from it. Used few weeks. The chair is able to reach angles of my pain area -- really great. Error out once in the past 2 weeks due to overheat when i use it around 45mins+ in a roll.

Exactly as described and arrived before receiving the shipping notice, very fast delivery. Excellent massage chair and the entire family enjoys using the chair. I would definitely buy from this company again, and they honored a veterans discount offered by a competitor.

The footrest was broken when I got it, it caused big clicking noise, I contacted the customer service and sent them the video, they sent me an actuator and also sent a tech to come, but tech person said the issue is not caused by the actuator, I am still waiting for the resolution, and customer service department is not very responding to reply my email. makes me feel very frustrating after you made a big investment but this thing is still can't work properly.

Absolutely disappointed that you sent me a defective chair then want me to eat the $900 costs of returning it. I’ll never purchase from you again if you don’t remedy this.
