I suffer with lower back issues and at 16 stone I require a good firm mattress with a slightly soft cushion to it. I flip between my side and my front and am always sceptical at first ordering any mattress. However, this mattress instantly felt good and has provided me great support. It is providing a cracking nights sleep. Extremely impressed for a reasonable price as well. There are far more expensive mattresses out there that don’t live up-to the claims.

Great quality so far, only been a couple of weeks but can feel the comfort already! Just the right amount of firmness as we needed proper medium-firm (this is 6. 5 where 10 is most firm) for back support being mixed sleepers (back & side) and requiring extra support for back, shoulders and hips. So far, the mattress is delivering its promise. Delivery was prompt, great comms from delivery team to accomodate our delivery date & times. Cherry on the cake is 15-year warranty and they gave a really good micr-fibre pillow free of cost!

Ok but quite heavy to move and very firm

After a bit of confusion around the delivery which was being held due to a back order of a mattress protector, the delivery was completed on the agreed date and time. The mattress itself is excellent. We have a Simba also but would say this is better. Good communication from customer services.

Your 'free next day delivery' ended up costing me an extra three days loss of work ,costing me over £300 , for which I got less than £40 compensation,and only then after I had complained several times , luckily I have an understanding boss, who allowed me the extra ( unpaid) time off, this almost DOUBLED the price of the mattress for me, so NO it wasn't worth it , it was a VERY expensive mistake, and it will not happen again !

I ordered a hybrid mattress about a month ago and booked a delivery on a specific day, as I knew I could work from home to be available for the delivery. Unfortunately, I have not received any confirmation re the delivery. Therefore, the day before I approached the Origin Mattress via their web chat to confirm whether the delivery was scheduled for the next day. The advisor did not confirm anything, just escalated my query to the customer service. I also sent an email asking for the delivery to be completed on a specific day. Nobody got back to me. The day when I wanted the delivery to be on, passed by and I did not even got a response. They contacted me late afternoon that they will deliver the next day, which was not really convenient, and my husband needed to leave work to receive the delivery. Very poor customer service and communication. No idy was responding to my messages or was willing to provide any information. The positive thing was that delivery guys collected the old mattress and brought the new one to the designated room.

This is a beautiful mattress, clearly so well made, but I’m a side sleeper and am waking up with a dead arm every morning so need to exchange for a softer one!

Its a good mattress. I would not say it is better than others as its new with us. Comfortable, good sleep.
