This mattress is too soft for my back. I need a much firmer mattres for my back. I am starting to have a back ache.

Despite ordering 2 weeks ago and selecting a date for delivery 5 days later we have still not received our mattress. Extremely disappointing as we were given a specific delivery date. As a result can't comment on the mattress and can't recommend the customer service at this time either as we are still awaiting an update.
