Delivery was a day later than stated by the company but Christmas may have caused a problem. The bed so far is very very good. Can recommend

Fed ex had lost my mattress and when I reached out to Origin, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I received a quick response and the person who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. They ended up sending a replacement mattress and helped make the process much less frustrating

Great mattress. Both comfy and nicely firm. Good for a couple who don’t sleep well and move around a lot. It seems to dampen the disturbances.

It was an awesome purchase experience because the delivery was unbeatable! Within the same day for a mattress. The quality of mattress in terms of coil was significantly better than another company whose mattress i replaced. Overall comfort was really good we are having better sleep and rest!
