Delighted with the mattress so far (2 weeks in) , swift and efficient order process, delivery on time and the old mattress removed carefully, the delivery guys were polite and helpful. The box was slightly damaged but the inner plastic covering had protected the mattress. One small observation, the foam pillows are great but the inclusion of a zip to remove some of the fill to adjust the comfort would be great (see ‘Cloud-pillow’ brand as an example) the pillows are good quality but both too ‘thick’ ie over padded for our particular needs. Small thing but thought worth mentioning. Two weeks in a the mattress is performing well.

Really happy with our smart new mattress. It's very comfortable and we were attracted by its eco credentials relative to other types. It feels nice and supportive and if I roll over my partner isn't disturbed. No nasty smell or off-gassing required because it's made from natural materials.

Mattress very comfortable. Delivery spot on time but it was just dumped in the bedroom and then they were gone. No instructions given. Luckily there was enough with mattress. Old mattress removed as paid for. A good experience.

Really great. Totally transformed the bed

Delivery man said he could only drop off the mattress on 1st floor but not carry it up to 2nd floor where the bedroom is, otherwise it will incur extra charge. But this extra charge wasn't mentioned when I paid for the mattress at your shop. In the end I and my domestic helper had to carry the heavy 45kg mattress up by ourselves, which spoilt the whole product experience.

I ordered a firm Hybrid Plus orthopaedic mattress. The mattress was fine but unfortunately it was not a good choice for our circumstances. It was nothing to do with the mattress itself, but it was our own personal circumstances. It was the first time we have chosen a firm mattress but unfortunately we couldn't sleep on it. Therefore we had to return it. The company had no hesitation, they only requested photos of the mattress and the reason we were returning.

Excellent mattress at a reasonable price

I have given this only 3 stars because of the nature of the instructions- I bought a single bed and the instructions suggested there were two parts missing ( 7 and 8) . It turns out that the instructions are for both single and double bed and the single bed does not require these parts . It would have saved a few stressful days and email traffic if that was clear on the instructions. The bed itself is lovely and yes you do need a mallet and a board to make assembly easy. Hope this review helps other single bed buyers and Origin to change its instructions!

Lovely, firm comfortable mattress. Best sleep ever!

I ordered 'specific day delivery' for 6th May. Now in my mind specific means just that - we will deliver on 6th May, not we will begin to think about maybe delivering your order round about that time. Having arranged to be home on the 6th, and having heard nothing, I contacted you on 5th May. I was not impressed to be told 'We would like to note that for the postcode TA11 6HG, our courier has restricted coverage in the area, which may be affecting the delivery timeline'. Well, so what? That's your problem not mine, and it's Somerset not the Outer Hebrides. Contact with the carrier was fine, they delivered on the 7th and did the job satisfactorily. But promising what you can't deliver ie specific day delivery - and then giving the impression you don't really care - is really quite poor. For this reason, and not having tried the mattress yet, I'd be less likely to recommend Origin to others.

Mattress is nice but may be it is not suitable for my siatic back pain.

Soooo comfortable. The height is great at 31cm deep. Very easy to purchase, delivery was great and setting up no problem. So far, really impressed.

I did expect the bed on a wednesday it arrived on Thursday but delivery men were very good.

I have been sleeping better since having the origin mattress

Still in the first month, was different at first but now getting used to it. So far so good

This mattress is so comfortable. Lovely soft pillow top with nice medium firm support underneath. Weight a tonne (and it’s very deep) but getting a very goods night sleep.
