Excellent service, quick and professional. Highly recommended

great

Excellent delivery service and products

Extremely comfortable and well worth the money

I already recommended to my friends

Got the topper for my son and he loves it: it is very comfortable and makes bed time so much better. Great purchase!

I had the mattress about 2 weeks, it is lovely, and really good for my back. Lets hope this continues.

Being disabled I booked the mattress removal and in house delivery. Unfortunately I had to ask for the box to be put on my bed frame and the delivery men would not take it out of the box . I didn't expect full installation. Also their English was not great so communication was difficult.

Good quality pillows with the best balance of firmness and comfort.

i like the mattress, but I need a few more weeks to properly assess it.

An excellent mattress for a perfect night's sleep. Its firm, supportive nature is ideal for sufferers of back pain. I wouldn't want to be without my Lumber Cloud mattress now.

I would avoid, poor customer service

Very easy and officiant process, from start to finish. The mattress is incredibly comfortable, excellent purchase very happy.

Delayed delivery cause us to have to sleep on the floor. Mattress is great so far but Delivery Timeframe needs improvement for Northern Ireland customers. No direct number for customer service only email support makes difficult to resolve or check on issues.

No problems with delivery

Delivery team terrible any one with a job dont bother ordering from here. They dont deliver weekends evenings and won't even leave with a neighbour. Atrocious service from the Delivery team.

Comfortable

Very good service and good quality product

Woooo

Too soft made me feel like I'm sleeping in v shape. My body aches got worse and I want to return the mattress.
