Ordered a medium firm mattress- fairly priced, delivered in good time and my old mattress taken away. The mattress is comfortable and good for our way of sleeping. Thank you Origin!

Really quite pleased with the Origin Hybrid Pro double Mattress, it’s definitely not too soft or too firm like my last mattress from a different company.

The delivery is smooth and I ordered it late afternoon and have delivered early afternoon the day after. the 2 delivery men handled with care and was very professional.

Mattress arrived 1 week late.

Ordered a Super single, came single. Arranged for exchange but delivery was delayed. Can be better.

My order was due in a few days, but the company realised the day before delivery that they could not do this for perhaps 21 days. I emailed again and had the same reply. My mattress arrived suddenly by local courier who very kindly helped my haul the 60 odd kg up the stairs. He would not remove the old mattress as his company had not been paid to do this. The courier arrived the next day and said that they found paperwork and could now remove the old mattress. The mattress is comfortable, although it has a fire retardant tag on it -I thought that Origin did not use these chemicals on their mattresses, so I was very disappointed.

Easy to order, delivery next day and customer service has been great, very communicative and responds quickly to email Sadly the lumber cloud mattress was not for us, far too firm for side sleeper in our experience so we are returning it and there has been no quibble about it at all. Customer service has been excellent. We are now waiting for collection of the mattress and hoping that the refund will be expedited soon after it is collected.

My new Origin mattress is superb and has taken the pain away from my hips, overnight, on my first nights sleep. I just wish I had bought one earlier! Thank you!

Mattress arrived as arranged but the outer cardboard box was sodden wet and falling appart. Fortunately the Mattress was double wrapped in polythene so was undamaged. Would I buy from this company again No simply because of the delivery.

Had a little trouble with the online ordering as when it switched from the hybrid pro double mattress to the lumber cloud which we purchased, it switched back to a single mattress. This was quickly and easily rectified. The Product is comfortable, if a little warm. We are having a heatwave so we removed the free mattress protector as this seems to trap in the heat. Will be able to judge better once it cools down. Delivery was excellent and the guys took the mattress straight upstairs without any complaint.

I ordered an super king size mattress on 20th July and it was due to be delivered on 24th July. I emailed your company on 23rd July to check the time of delivery, only to be told it could take 21 days to deliver. I have not had an update since.

Ordering on line was straightforward and delivery next working day was great. The mattress was taken to the room needed, although we were a little concerned at the time as the box was completely ‘bashed up’ and sellotaped together with the mattress sticking out of the end. On inspecting the inside there was no damage to the mattress which was fully sealed. Sadly the mattress was not right for us but customer service have been quick to respond to us and to arrange the return.

Service was excellent, communication is key and very helpful when I ran into a problem. The delivery/collection team were excellent really went above and beyond in my opinion. The mattress is taking a little getting used to but I am persevering as I know a new mattress can feel a little firm at first. I am a large side sleeper so struggle with comfort as can't use just memory foam. The pillows are great. Wasn't expecting it as they are heavy and solid but feel soft when you lay on them which is strange. Overall very happy with my purchase.
