I’ve now bought 2 mattresses as was so impressed with the first one I received. Unfortunately the second one that was delivered had an issue but CS arranged promptly the replacement item. I am very happy with the mattresses and the customer experience from Origin. I’ve run out of beds now to buy mattresses for!

My mattress was delivered a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. Communication and delivery were easy and stress-free. I can't rate the mattress long term but first impressions are good. It feels more like a traditional sprung mattress, but in a good way. I've tried other hybrid and memory foam mattresses which can seem really nice and slightly squishy (mould to your body) at first but they quickly sag, leaving you sleeping in a hole, regardless of how many toppers you use (it was 2 for my last mattress). I crawled out of my O**y hole recently and bought this Origin mattress. It is definitely firmer and is taking some time to get used to, as I'm a side sleeper and it is quite uncomfortable on my shoulders, but it is getting better. I'm hoping that the firmness means it won't sag so quickly like others have. What made me choose Origin over others was the good price, German engineering, built in Britain and good reviews and awards. Fingers crossed it lives up to my expectations

Had fantastic service from origin . Delivered mattress within a couple of days of ordering. Unfortunately I have many back issues and found the mattress just a little too firm for me personally. I got back in contact and within a week I had mattress collected and a refund was put back in my account. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and would recommend. Thanks

Overall very speedy and informative delivery. It was a bit disappointing that although I had selected for the old mattress to be collected, the delivery guys said they didn’t have instructions to collect the old mattress. However my mother is enjoying her new mattress and her back feels a lot better in the morning.

This is the best mattress we’ve ever bought , it arrived very quick and it’s thick and so comfortable, we love it ! Only wish we had bought it sooner
