The mattresses are lovely (so far so good). The delivery was fine, on time very pleasant men. The only frustration I experienced was trying to find out a delivery date. Customer services online chat wasn’t very helpful.

Poor communication, ordered a specific date weeks in advance for delivery and this was ignored. Took a day off, waited, no communication at all. Emailed and messaged and eventually received a message from a courier that it would be delivered two days later. Not a positive experience.

This is very firm, it normally takes a couple of months to get used to it. I have only used it for 4 days and so far I haven't had my sciatica play up which is amazing as that is every night. So I'm really pleased with it but my back is still getting used to it. Absolutely happy with it.

Delivery was good and my son finds the mattress very comfortable. I love the pillows, they are soft as clouds.

it was really comfortable for the first 2-3 nights got rid of my shoulder and hip pain but pain continued as usual after 2-3 days

Delivery was very good, I was contacted an hour before, and my new mattress was even carried doesn't our road due to inconsiderate parking of neighbours cars. The bed is extremely comfortable, I would recommend to others.
