The online purchase and delivery experience is good, keep me informed for all stages. For the mattress, still have to observe longer but the first week was good.

Easy change over

I have fibromyalgia and I’m noticeably less restless and can get comfortable much more easily. • On bad days when I can’t get comfortable, I actually find myself drawn back to the mattress during the day because I know I can settle on it. • My partner normally gets very hot and sweats a lot during the night, but we’ve noticed a real improvement since changing to this mattress. • Supportive and comfortable, without feeling like you sink into it. It hasn’t made me sleep longer, but the quality and comfort of the sleep and rest I do get is definitely better. Really pleased with it.

Easy to order, but no delivery details indicating when it would/might be delivered. Got an email saying it had been dispatched, after that it was mostly a guessing game.

What a fantastic mattress. We had a Sealy mattress that cost us £1200! That mattress started to dip and our backs were getting quite bad. We decided to look at hybrid mattresses and Origin came out top in an online survey. So with the 200 days sleep guarantee we decided to buy one of the hybrid Pro mattresses. Within a week our backs aches had gone and with the new pillow, which was supplied free, we have had no neck aches either. All i can say is buy one of these mattresses you definitely will not be disappointed.

Mattress is good but does feel very hot in bed like it doesn’t breathe well . maybe takes longer to get used to ?
