There is nothing wrong with the matress itself very good quality conforable and as good as stated. However, delivery was an issues, i chose a specific date and it was changed 3 times (not by myelf) The box was recieved and there was several areas of damge fortunatly the matress its self was not damaged.

I ordered two mattress (of two different Chinese brands) from Amazon and one from Origin. We wanted to compare them before making a purchase decision for our master bedroom. The mattresses from Amazon were 1/3 of the cost of Origin. We compared them and found that the two mattresses from Amazon were far better quality than Origin. We decided to buy the super king size mattress for the master bedroom from Amazon again. It was very disappointing. I guess it shows that price doesn't always reflect quality.

The mattress is strong enough to support my back and soft enough for comfort. The cooling technology provides optimum temperature. It's a pleasure to have.

Despite a shakey start to my order when using your Website and a failed delivery, the order successfully arrived today. We have not yet opened the boxes containing the mattresses as we are awaiting collection of our existing mattresses. We shall defer full judgement when we unpack the mattresses and begin using them.

Much firmer than expected based on the description. I’ve seen other professional reviews also commenting on the unexpected firmness. Not sure I will be keeping the mattress.

Quick delivery, well packed still wake up with lower back pains

Simple to buy what I needed. Had to re arrange many times for delivery as this was as flexible as needed for working people. Mattress was delivered to my porch but not offered to take t o the room, which was hard for me to do on my own later.

My mattress was delivered on time and the delivery men let me know when they would arrive. I absolutely love my new mattress. I have osteoarthritis and this mattress gives just the right amount of comfort and support to my hips, back and shoulders. The pillows are so comfortable too. Haven't slept so well in years! Very good mattress, it doesn’t sink and is great for side sleepers. Just give it a week to adapt and that’s ok.
