Very comfy indeed

This is very firm, it normally takes a couple of months to get used to it. I have only used it for 4 days and so far I haven't had my sciatica play up which is amazing as that is every night. So I'm really pleased with it but my back is still getting used to it. Absolutely happy with it.

Delivery was good and my son finds the mattress very comfortable. I love the pillows, they are soft as clouds.

Delivery was very good, I was contacted an hour before, and my new mattress was even carried doesn't our road due to inconsiderate parking of neighbours cars. The bed is extremely comfortable, I would recommend to others.

Ordering was easy as was arranging to have the old mattress removed. I was kept well informed about delivery and they were on time. The parcel was easy to open and amazing to watch the mattress take shape.

Didn’t like it at all. It was supposed to be firm and considered to be good for prone position but didn’t quite help me. I get pain when I wake up.

the most comfortable mattress ever slept on

Great mattress and price. Was a little shocked to see the pacakage as I wasn't expecting to see it rolled up and squashed into such a small box. Would have given 5 stars but for the delivery, the outer packaging was wet and damaged which isn't what you want for an item you sleep on. However, plenty of protective plastic covering ensured it was dry and undamaged - it just didn't look too appealling after spending a few hundred quid on something. Mattress nice and firm and is hopefully improving sleep and grumbling back pain.

Excellent communication and delivery

After a lot of research, mattress was quick to come. Hybrid Pro seems good quality and is, as many reviews state, on the firm side of medium-firm and has a very cooling top material. Too cool and firm for us, so sending back. Returns process is painfully slow - it takes two days at least to receive email responses. We decided to return after testing and from contacting Origin to arrange this it has been nearly two weeks, and we have been informed it could be another two weeks until the charity partner that they give returned mattresses to will pick it up, so it's taking up a lot of space until then. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient and drawn out. When they have been in touch, staff have been helpful enough. Bizarrely, a pair of free pillows that came with mattress must be separately returned rather than everything being picked up at once.

Easy to purchase, delivered on time and gives a great nights sleep

Recently bought a Superking origin matress so glad we did! On arrival it was carried up our narrow stairs for us. Soon after we unpacked it and it puffed up immediately. Over the next few days it grew to its final size. We couldn’t wait to try it! We also bought an origin matress protector which was perfect. This is the best matress we have had so comfortable, no dipping, no roll together and not to hard and or soft. My husband and I have slept soundly every night sometimes up to 8 hours. Would definitely recommend the matress and Origin as a company!
