The delivery supposed to be 12-5pm, received a message at 2pm that says “might arrive a bit later than 5pm. Waited and called and message but receive no updates at all. The tracking provided is totally inaccurate and delivery only arrived almost 8pm.

Bought a mattress recently, great customer service, friendly and helpful.

I am happy with my purchase, got the hybrid one as Ibam a side sleeper so I was worried the pro might be too firm. I can say it is very confortable and have no complaints at all, even delivery was fast and efficient.

So happy with my origin mattress, my only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner! Ordered on Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday morning, great communication throughout. And it as an absolute dream to sleep on, I actually look forward to getting in to bed now. Highly recommend.

Ordering the mattress went without a problem. The delivery was on time. The quality of the mattress is very good. I had asked for unpacking service, and this didn’t go very smoothly. The delivery man was alone, he didn’t have the right equipment to open the packing of the queen sized mattress. I had also asked for removal of the old mattress, and there again, his equipment was not functional (special rope). So the process took some time. Besides, the box of a new mattress should be in good condition, however, it looked worn out and was taped over at several places…

Really good experience from ordering to delivery. Tried the mattress with the topper for almost 2weeks now and very happy with the feel and the look of the product, received 2 free pillows, but not a fan as too soft for us. Very happy with our purchase

Unfortunately I mixed up the post code for delivery but didn’t realise until the morning of delivery. Customer services was very professional. I had to cancel the whole order, get a refund and reorder. CS said I would be charged £50 if I didn’t reorder. It was all very long winded. I felt that CS could have just rang the driver and got it delivered at the correct address which is a 2 minute drive from the wrong postcode, maybe the person who deals with the delivery logistics could assess this for the future. I know it was a mistake on my part but I had to then wait another week.

What a debacle-ordered in Nov and still yet to receive my mattress( this Monday 22nd apparently but won’t hold my breath). several last minute cancellations for delivery then impossible to speak to anyone. requested a call back twice which was promised-but nothing,only email. very disappointed in the service-have been really inconvenienced including time off work and just a 10% refund?!! Not good

Not what I was expecting at all for the price I paid. The mattress was not delivered at the time I requested. When arrived it looked like something that been dragged through the street. Very disappointed.
