Really pleased with the Product and Customer Support team, very prompt in responding and providing resolution to ensure the customer is satisfied

I would not purchase from them again. Customer service/their policy leaves a lot to be desired. £50 for a redelivery fee is ridiculous. Could have left item at the door

Great thanks. Thinking of buying my daughter a single. .

I was nervous about ordering another mattress online after a problematic experience with another company. Thankfully all went very well with my order from Origin. The order process was smooth and the mattress is good quality. Very comfortable so far (been using it for two weeks). I would recommend Origin Mattress UK

Absolutely brilliant! Mattress is so comfortable & I am very happy! Would reccomend to all.

Excellent product and service

Arrived on time

Although I am pleased with the mattress itself the delivery was problematic and when trying to speak with Origin there was no contact number, just an email, and they take forever to reply. The delivery company was not much better either. Confirmed one time for delivery and turned up at a different time, this after not delivering on the day originally confirmed with them.

First time we have bought a mattress online. Were astonished how small the package was…and even more amazed as it unfurled swiftly and evenly. Guests have found it firm but comfortable.

Fab service. Amazing mattress. Very happy!

I received a mattress which was faulty, but it was quickly replaced. Very good and quick customer service

I’m very happy with my Origin Hybrid Mattress. The quality is excellent and the delivery was very quick — it arrived within a day or two. The mattress feels very supportive and adapts well to the shape of my body. Since I started sleeping on it, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my sleep quality — I sleep more comfortably, wake up feeling more rested, and overall the atmosphere and comfort of my bedroom feel much better. I’m very grateful to Origin for such a good product and service. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for better comfort and sleep quality.

Great customer service, product quality and delivery.

They wanted to charge £50 for redelivery. Given a £1200 mattress, I could not comprehend an organisation that has this operating model. Very disappointing

Perfect mattress for decent money, loving it!

The service from Origin was first class from ordering through to a speedy and efficient delivery. I only knock one star off as our hybrid mattress was described as medium/firm but feels very firm to me and so it is not as comfortable (to me) as I was expecting it to be. It is however a very well made mattress which oozes with quality.

Ordered Timber Bedframe & Hybrid Pro Mattress. Quick, efficient delivery to room of choice and excellent notification re arrival time. Bedframe had wrong components but excellent Customer Support organised speedy 2nd delivery. Couple of issues re assembly e. g. had to sand Headboard connectors to achieve fit. No big deal but should not have to do. Bed looks good. Mattress comfortable. Time will tell.

I was concerned when purchasing, but after a week of sleeping on this mattress and from day 1 I am impressed Glad I chose origin Definitely recomend

We went from a Tempur to this, due to back issues requiring more support. Was bit dubious about a rolled mattress, but had no choice to get one up to our bedroom. But it popped right up. Set it up in morning so had a good 12 hours before slept on it. Comfort straight away. No more backache when watching TV in bed, and no longer feel like an 80-year old getting up in the morning. Just the right support and firmness, with a great cushioned top. We're side and back sleepers, and it suits both. No longer achy shoulders either. No problems with delivery - even arrived early and the delivery guys were lovely!

Unfortunately the mattress seems to be faulty. It takes me immediately from one side to the other. It’s sagging in the middle.
