A very comfortable mattress. Suffer with back pain after a bad accident. This mattress assists my nights sleep. Medium/firm. Its also been nice and cool during the hot weather. It was very easy to order and delivery was rapid. Highly recommend.

Great service, quick and easy system to order and delivery arrived as scheduled. Drivers rang one hour before delivery and removed old mattress. Would really recommend to family and friends.

Was shipped in excellent time. The delivery men initially were going to just leave it in the hallway but we reminded them it was to bedroom of choice. I paid extra to have the old mattress removed which was done at the same time. It could do with two people to remove from box and packaging as it was very very heavy (I had the super-king size). I'm very pleased with comfort level so far.

I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. I don't suffer with a bad back or any injuries, but my husband does, and he has slept on our new mattress for over a fortnight now, and firmly believes it is helping his recovery from a long-standing shoulder injury. The mattress is firm, but not too firm, soft, but not too soft - it is just like Goldilocks says - this one is just right. Can't recommend it enough.
