What a fantastic comfortable mattress. Wish I had bought one sooner.

Mattress came really quickly after ordering, delivery guys carried it into the bedroom for me, I live in a bungalow, it was easy to get unwrapped and on the bed , it was vacuum sealed but soon came up to normal size, a really deep mattress and nice and firm, very comfortable.

You were great your delivery company were rubbish I have spoken with you and you have given us a 5% compensation which is very good of you. This was not your fault though the box was wrecked and damaged they delivered it on the wrong day and the wrong time it was left outside for an hour and the driver was rude on the phone but the mattress is great.

We generally had a good experience with Origin. There was a slight issue with the mattress when it arrived, but Origin was responsive and offered a slight credit, which was a nice gesture.

Very pleased with the mattress and delivery was fine. However the delivery men would not take my old mattress as their van was full. Having prepaid this service that should have been considered before they left Birmingham. I had to wait 2 days for a pickup of my old mattress which had to stand in my dining room.

Although the delivery of the new mattress was very good, they were unable to remove the old one as their van was too full. I had already paid for the removal of the old mattress and had to wait 2 days for the old mattress to be collected. This meant waiting at home again for the company to pick up. I know the delivery is not carried out by Origin but they should have made provision in the van before coming here.

So many companies are unwilling to ship to the Isle of Wight, I don’t know why as the shipping costs are the same for the rest of UK with the exception of some of the more remote areas. I would have been willing to pay for the delivery had it been reasonable but Origin offer free delivery even to the Island, thank you. No complaints regarding shipping/delivery or purchase.
