Hi myself and my partner visited store in Pukekohe, we went into the store just to have a look, we saw a bed that was very inviting. With the support of Sione, who was very good to talk to support us with looking for the right bed. In the end we got a new bed and a beautiful cushion to. We had the bed delivered still getting used it a big high for a short people like me lol. We also ordered a headboard that we arrive in 2 weeks. Over all customer service excellent.

Purchased in Ashburton. We were wanting a bed that would see us through our retirement, and so had the time to do our homework and look at all our options. Must say we weren't the easiest of customers as we did change our minds a bit. I was taken with them going to the trouble of putting Titanium in the springs which I thought may make it a bit lighter and possibly less prone to sagging over time. Not sure how much Titanium went in or its effect, but considered it worth a try for me. Certainly Titanium is not cheap or easy to work with, so trusted they knew what they are doing. They had one set up in the shop and so we thought they may have had stock in Auckland, but it must have had to be manufactured as it took a while to arrive. A comfortable bed & mattress, Quite firm, really good edge support, seems really good quality, Noticeably very very heavy when tucking the bedding in each day, something we hadn't considered, but we notice the bedding doesn't get out of shape like it did on our previous queen. Bed feels very high when sitting on it. The free pillows that Elizna gave us are exquisite, after my memory foam pillow. Also bought a new electric blanket from Australia, they have come a long way with 9 heat settings for your body and 9 heat settings for your feet and a timer, so you don't fall asleep with it on. Really pleased with our purchase, can see it lasting us well.

I had a great shopping experience @ NZ bed company @ Thorndon quay , Wellington outlet. Mayank gave me detailed review on each and every bed options available at the outlet. I went in store to try some beds, and Elizna was supper helpful in directing me to one that was right for me (and on sale!). When I told her I was shopping around, she even gave me some helpful tips as to what to look for generally to determine if a bed was high quality and would hold up over time. I ended up coming back, as I thought the bed she showed me was comfortable, built to last (with a 10 year warranty!), and very competitively priced. Great service, and I'm so excited to sleep on my new bed!

He thoroughly explained the nuances of each mattress, aiding me in making an informed decision that I've been pleased with ever since. Additionally, just a few weeks ago, I traded in my old mattress for a new one, and the experience was outstanding. Seema provided excellent guidance in choosing the right mattress. The delivery team was also extremely helpful, effortlessly handling the exchange. Overall, the process was smooth and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and understand our needs. Your knowledge and service are excellent, and the bed arrived two weeks after purchase as you indicated it would. We are very disappointed with the delivery service, not listening to instructions and not wanting to take away the old bed, even though we had paid for this service, and this was confirmed in a phone call with the Manager before they arrived. They had to be told what to do and didn't have tools to take apart the old bed, so my husband ended up use our tools to take the bed apart himself. They left all the packaging in a heap in the hallway and bedroom, and had to be called back to remove it.

We received our bed but the base drawers were on the wrong side and because of the way they are offset, you can't open the drawer - it is hard up against the side table (hence the need to order a specific side). We contacted the company and, long story short, it has been an absolute mission getting anything sorted. They try to shift blame, consistently talk over us, and have stalled on getting anything done for over a month now. The drawer in the base is unusable but they have mucked us around ridiculously. The product is fine but the customer service is complete rubbish! I wouldn't go back to this store as it's just not worth the trouble.
