looking for NZ made mattress and my current bed was made by this company. Needed to downsize to a smaller bed so want to stay with this company.

Good price & good service

Shivanthi and Jimmy did a great job even though the order was delayed. Superbly comfortable and supportive bed.

After canvassing multiple stores for a mattress, I decided to purchase one from the New Zealand Bed Company's store in Rongotai, Wellington. I received a very generous reception, to the point that the manager waited patiently as I made a choice between two different mattresses. The manager gave me advice that cemented my purchase - even to the point of recommending a low-priced mattress for my low back pain. On top of all that, the manager contacted me to ask if the mattress could be delivered ahead of schedule! Great service and support all around - you don't see this with just any bed company.

From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and shown some of the beds in our price range. Gurpreet at the Hornby NZBeds provide excellent customer service. She helped and supported us in our purchase every step of the way. I would highly recommend Gurpreet next time you want to purchase a bed at Hornby NZBeds.

I would like to thank to store manager Jyoti Atwal for her dedicated help and excellent customer relationship.

Last time we bought a mattress, we tried every store in Westgate and finally ended up here where we got great service. This time we went straight to them. William served our son and got him exactly what he needed at a great price. The following week, my husband and I went in with our daughter and were served by Harneet. She listened and showed us a great range of beds, and we found just what our daughter wanted. She also found a perfect pillow. Then we chose a King sized mattress for ourselves. All over it was a great experience. The staff really knew their stock and were quick to find something that suited us and the prices were excellent.

The prices are very good, and the staff are very helpful. Tarun was fantastic helping me find something that suits me

Service , product and price were excellent from the Paraparaumu store. Delivery was seemless, and very prompt. They even unpacked the bed for us. Super happy. Thanks, Neeta
