Last time we bought a mattress, we tried every store in Westgate and finally ended up here where we got great service. This time we went straight to them. William served our son and got him exactly what he needed at a great price. The following week, my husband and I went in with our daughter and were served by Harneet. She listened and showed us a great range of beds, and we found just what our daughter wanted. She also found a perfect pillow. Then we chose a King sized mattress for ourselves. All over it was a great experience. The staff really knew their stock and were quick to find something that suited us and the prices were excellent.

Hi, we bought the Super King Orthopedic bed 2 weeks ago. Expecting to spend hours looking in different shops the first one we went in was NZ Bed Company in Northwood in Christchurch. We found the exact bed we wanted the service in the shop wasn't pushy but helpful. Excellent price. The delivery service was on time and the guys set the bed up and took the old one away without any fuss. Highly recommend. Oh and the bed. . . it's wonderful.

Bought a new bed and it was damaged when it was delivered. Delivery was late as well. It was a mission to get a replacement as management tried everything they could not to replace it. The mattress was full of dirt as well. Eventually the replacement bed was delivered. The driver then insisted to make a video of the delivery in my house! Then wanted me to sign receipt of the delivery without giving me a copy of the paperwork. Save yourself the effort and head ache! Deal with a reputable business. I am still awaiting a response from my last communication with management.

Got excellent service and advice at the store and a fantastic bed for a great price. They also don't charge extra to purchase on credit card, unlike some other stores (bed post). Highly recommend to people out there to come here for you beds!

Very poor communication and lack of respect when dealing with customers. Can’t deliver items to an upstairs room, but will charge $80 anyway.
