Hi, we bought the Super King Orthopedic bed 2 weeks ago. Expecting to spend hours looking in different shops the first one we went in was NZ Bed Company in Northwood in Christchurch. We found the exact bed we wanted the service in the shop wasn't pushy but helpful. Excellent price. The delivery service was on time and the guys set the bed up and took the old one away without any fuss. Highly recommend. Oh and the bed. . . it's wonderful.

Welcoming environment- easy communication and good product with reasonable pricing. After doing a lot of searching and not finding similar products for my needs found a great tall boy here

Bought the bed with cooling technology- had it delivered a long way from home - excellent service and communication . Happy with product and excellent reliable service

Bought a new bed and it was damaged when it was delivered. Delivery was late as well. It was a mission to get a replacement as management tried everything they could not to replace it. The mattress was full of dirt as well. Eventually the replacement bed was delivered. The driver then insisted to make a video of the delivery in my house! Then wanted me to sign receipt of the delivery without giving me a copy of the paperwork. Save yourself the effort and head ache! Deal with a reputable business. I am still awaiting a response from my last communication with management.

Great team at Thorndon! Purchased 2 beds on different occasions and received great service and communication from the team, during sale process and delivery. The people I brought the beds for love them. Thanks team!

Thank you Rishav for looking after us and helping us selecting the correct beds to suit our needs. Also for the great deal when purchasing two beds thank you again.

Ankita was lovely to deal with and helped me choose the right bed. Very Happy.

Excellent informative and knowledgeable. So bought the bed. Very helpful Ankita gave us lots of help to make a decision

Got excellent service and advice at the store and a fantastic bed for a great price. They also don't charge extra to purchase on credit card, unlike some other stores (bed post). Highly recommend to people out there to come here for you beds!

Ankita was very helpful with giving me the most comfort for a good night sleep.

Very poor communication and lack of respect when dealing with customers. Can’t deliver items to an upstairs room, but will charge $80 anyway.

Excellent knowledgeable advise. Felt fully informed to select the right bed for our needs. Thanks to Ankita.

Best beds and value for money. My family already bought .

This is our 2nd bed purchased from there (the store's name has changed but it's still the same company making NZ beds). The BEDS are GREAT. The SERVICE is EXCELLENT. I HIGHLY recommend this store for novices and seasoned buyers alike. The lovely and patient Manager SEEMA listened to our individual and family needs. She also worked with our budget. She showed us a good variety of beds (not too many because she ''GOT" what we needed/wanted!), explaining the benefits and the cons of the different kinds. I discovered what I thought I liked vs. what I need and actually find comfortable are very different! PRICES are reasonable if not BETTER than other stores. Delivery is CHEAPER (I'd shopped around). Our last bed is still going strong and I expect this one go far. Thank you SEEMA for your WONDERFUL help!

I recommend NZ bed company to everyone. Best beds and value for money. My family already bought 2 beds from Wellington Airport Rongotai branch. Spacious complex with heaps of free parking!

We were searching for a bed in Te Rapa and came across this shop by accident. Luckily we did and was helped by Grupa. Amazing service and found everything for us within the budget we have. Super happy with the bed and pillows.

Great service, helpful advice and bed ready for pickup as arranged from Ashburton store

Great service from Store Manager Neha and the men that delivered my Mattress. Was delivered on the it was scheduled and on time. Thank you!

Excellent service by Anish. He helped us choosing the right bed for us. We liked the bed and the service offered to us. The entire experience was fantastic from the time we walked in store till the end. Thanks again to make our visit a really good one
