Best beds and value for money. My family already bought .

This is our 2nd bed purchased from there (the store's name has changed but it's still the same company making NZ beds). The BEDS are GREAT. The SERVICE is EXCELLENT. I HIGHLY recommend this store for novices and seasoned buyers alike. The lovely and patient Manager SEEMA listened to our individual and family needs. She also worked with our budget. She showed us a good variety of beds (not too many because she ''GOT" what we needed/wanted!), explaining the benefits and the cons of the different kinds. I discovered what I thought I liked vs. what I need and actually find comfortable are very different! PRICES are reasonable if not BETTER than other stores. Delivery is CHEAPER (I'd shopped around). Our last bed is still going strong and I expect this one go far. Thank you SEEMA for your WONDERFUL help!

I had a bad experience with The Bed Company due to their poor customer service. I initially called into the store complain about a bed I purchased, and I was told to send an email. I promptly sent the email but never received a response. When I followed up with another store call in, I was reassured that they would contact the supplier on my behalf. Three weeks have passed, and I still haven’t heard anything. It feels like they’re only interested in getting me to spend more money in their store rather than helping address my issue. The lack of communication and resolution has been incredibly disappointing. I expected much better customer service and follow-through. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to The Bed Company and wouldn’t recommend it to others based on this experience

Had the best experience shopping for my teens bed yesterday. Making choices and shopping is very hard for this teen. But Gurpreet was incredible. She was so kind, never pushy or rushing us. Gurpreet gave us all the information we needed and left us to converse and make the choices for a custom bed. My teen is incredibly happy with the purchase, got everything she wanted, and cant wait for their new bed to arrive. Very reasonable prices too. What an asset Seema is to NZ Bed Company! We were looking for beds for our two-year-old grandchildren and were wanting mattresses that would last them a number of years. After shopping around at a number of bed stores we spoke to Seema at NZ Beds, Rongotai store. Seema was extremely knowledgeable about the type of mattresses that were best for young children. We were very impressed with Seema’s knowledge and are confident that we have now purchased the best mattresses for our grandchildren. Seema was a delight to deal with and we would definitely shop at the store again.
