Wonderful service. Ruhi at Moorhouse Ave. explained the layout of the display with NO pressure. Once I had made a selection, she was very helpful with the paperwork. The delivery people were also very good and I now have a great bed. The only drawback being that I have to get out of it to take care of business.

After canvassing multiple stores for a mattress, I decided to purchase one from the New Zealand Bed Company's store in Rongotai, Wellington. I received a very generous reception, to the point that the manager waited patiently as I made a choice between two different mattresses. The manager gave me advice that cemented my purchase - even to the point of recommending a low-priced mattress for my low back pain. On top of all that, the manager contacted me to ask if the mattress could be delivered ahead of schedule! Great service and support all around - you don't see this with just any bed company.
