Bad customer service Really disappointed with service Product is up to standard

Have received my 12000 btu unit but haven't had a chance to properly try it out but I think it's going to do the job and the customer service has been really good have answered every question and very supportive

All as expected for a reputable online company.

Came promptly and kept in touch as when it was coming.

The person over chat was very helpful when I had a few pre-purchase questions. Shipping was quick. I love that the unit is not too heavy, easy to assemble and does as it says it will do ;- Cool down the oversized bedroom. Will be purchasing a second unit for the lounge.

I’m told a bunch of excuses about the topper and I’m only given the option to apply for a refund 30 days from purchase!!!!! My back is busted from it

I have purchased 2 mattress toppers from you and love them. One for our camper and an extra one for my bed which is on slats. The difference a 5cm or 7cm topper can make is insane thank you thank you

Got my unit but the exhaust hose keeps coming out of the back of the machine I’ve had to use tape to keep from falling out of the unit

Did not receive what I ordered, single sent instead of long single. Still waiting for u to sort out fault. I’m left with no mattresses and have paid. Most stressful difficult people to deal with
