Didn’t help much with my back :( I’m waking up with back pain every morning. Not sure if I want to keep it if my body doesn’t adjust to this mattress.

I purchased an air conditioner from your store. Upon receiving and installing it, I discovered that the window kit provided was far too small. I contacted customer service immediately. However, your company does not provide a contact number, making it difficult to resolve the issue. You later sent an additional kit, but it is unsafe and unsuitable for use. As per the Australian Consumer Law, I requested a refund because the product is not fit for its intended purpose. In response, you stated that a refund can only be issued if the package is unopened. This is unacceptable, as the product has already been installed and used in good faith, and it does not meet safety or functional standards. Furthermore, your company does not provide an ABN number or a proper tax invoice, raising serious concerns about your legitimacy. This appears to be a scam, and I strongly advise other customers not to purchase from your company. I request an immediate full refund or a safe and functional replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please respond promptly to resolve this matter.

We have been using the Newentor Portable Dehumidifier for about ten days, and have found it to be very good at removing water from the air, and reducing the amount of condensation that had been accumulating on our windows and walls. It's not much to look at; it's not light in weight (although it is portable, with a convenient handle) and at 3. 4L, the tank capacity is not huge (especially given how well it does work, and how much water it extracts!) but with the hose attachment the continuous emptying resolves that. We have actually paired it with the HATTÅSEN Bedside table/shelf unit from IKEA (AUD$39) for the prefect free-standing stand, with a shelf for a larger container in which the water can drain! We would certainly recommend the Newentor Portable Dehumidifier. Delivery also was quick and hassle-free!
