Can't find after sale service at all

We purchased the Newentor Queen 7cm mattress topper and we both love it. My partner was complaining our mattress was too firm, although I thought it was fine. We've had the topper on our bed now for approximately 4 weeks and we've both noticed our sleep has improved. Previously I was waking up with sore hips every morning around 4am and I would toss and turn for a couple of hours in pain, but not anymore. I didn't think a mattress topper would make any difference to my hip pain even though I had read so many other reviews claiming it helped their hip pain. Well, it certainly helped mine and I now sleep soundly until my alarm wakes me. My partner is happy our bed isn't so firm and he's sleeping better as well. I highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Still getting use to the mattress

I purchased the 7 cm, long single mattress topper recently. I installed it on a very expensive long single 1yo memory foam mattress which I mistakenly ordered a firm version. Within a week it was great to wake up without stiffness or pain. I recommend this product just brilliant for me.
