Mostly it was a good experience - the purchase was good and easy. However, it was a bit nerve-wracking not knowing when in the ‘5-6 day’ window the mattress would arrive, especially with wet weather. Also. I was trying to do away for a couple of days and couldn’t as I didn’t get notification of when the mattress was coming until days after I purchased it. I had to call and ask when I might get a delivery. Once I had the time window notified and I gave up on going away, the process was pretty good with some text notifications. Once it arrived, the delivery guy was going to leave the (big/heavy) mattress package in the open near my garage in rainy weather. I am an older woman who lives alone so I have no-one else to help with the big package. Luckily I heard him arrive and was able to catch him and ask him to help me move the big heavy package up just one small flight of stairs to my back door. It would have been unsafe and potentially open to damage if it had been left in the open. It took two of us to move it. Delivery to outside a garage roller door is NOT delivery to my address in my opinion.

Delivery boy refused to bring the mattress to the apartment unit. Left it at ground level entrance instead. That was disappointing because I had to lift and transport it myself (queen size 35kg mattress). Other than that, so far we’re fine.

Service was great but the product could be better

I bought the topper hoping to increase the softness on my back, but it has been over a month and still waking up achy. I would like to return the topper.

Quality good but smell is strong

I love the mattress and pillow. It arrived fairly quickly. What I didn't like was the International bank charges as I believed I was purchasing from an Australian site. You need to make it very clear that your bank is overseas and every transaction will incur international bank charges from Australian banks.

I recently purchased two mobile AC units, both looked to be of a reasonable quality. The only failing was poor customer/product support and no warranty. They are advertised as having a 10 year warranty but the customer isn't supplied with any details whats so ever, nor it the anything available on the website.

Ive had this mattress for a couple months now, would not recommend it. Extremely heavy compared to other brands. It is comfortable but nothing special. Planning on buying a different brand as I cannot lift it anymore

My wife and I were only able to sleep on our new queen 10cm mattress topper for 3 nights. It is just too hard. I chatted online with your automated system to return the topper and receive a refund. I gave you my email address and am expecting an email from you about how the topper will be picked up and my refund processed but I have not received any such email :( So thus my low rating. . . surely if the robot answered my online chat the email I am expecting from you about returning the topper would be more prompt.
