Great service from purchase to delivery. The mattress is comfortable and firm I highly recommend buying a Newentor Hybrid Pro.

My wife and I were only able to sleep on our new queen 10cm mattress topper for 3 nights. It is just too hard. I chatted online with your automated system to return the topper and receive a refund. I gave you my email address and am expecting an email from you about how the topper will be picked up and my refund processed but I have not received any such email :( So thus my low rating. . . surely if the robot answered my online chat the email I am expecting from you about returning the topper would be more prompt. I read the reviews before purchasing and made my decision based on the reviews and the fact I needed a new mattress. What a great choice of mattress and I am more than happy with my purchase. Is exactly what I was after and has more than met my needs as a medium firm cloud. Not disappointed at all. Perfect. Was delivered rather quick and was easy seem less process. Perfect all round.

Stay away from the company, never received my order, it has been 20 days and still counting. I am also unable to reach the customer number and the chatbot keep returning a standard response every time.

After a week of using this pillow, I kept hoping each morning my neck pain would improve, but it never did. Unfortunately, it actually made my neck feel worse. I really wanted this to work, but it hasn’t provided the support or relief I was expecting.

Great communication process and delivered timely. Very happy with the dehumidifier too. My husband has been using it in our unit which is damp and washing doesn’t dry thoroughly. He said it’s been working well and it’s quiet.

Ordered our mattress without testing any in person/in shops. We simply looked for good quality and an acceptable price range, combined with the type of firmness and support suitable for us. This mattress is by far the best on I have ever had. We both sleep like babies. Highly recommended from start to finish, including the purchase and delivery process.

I purchased a mattress that was unfortunately too firm for me. I asked to return the mattress as you advertise a 120 day return. I was told I had to wait until I had tested the product for 30 days, which was fair enough. After 30 days, I emailed again for the return. I was told that I would be contacted by someone from the Salvos to organise collection. No one contacted me. I had to contact Newenter again which is when they told me that I was outside the pick up zone for the Salvos and that I would need to organise the dontation/disposal of the mattress myself and then need proof to get my refund. A lot of mucking around and not much support. Will not be purchasing again or recommending your services.

I have a spinal disease & pain in bed is an issue. This mattress topper is the best I have found in years. Gives excellent 👌 support for my back. This brand is now the only brand I will buy

It was a bit sneaky buying something from a so-called Australian company and then being charged $7. 14 as an overseas transaction fee.
