A nightmare with delivery due to amendment to address. Order made on 6/1. Newentor confirmed change of address on 13/1. Despite numerous calls to delivery company, I have yet to receive my order, that’s nearly 2 weeks since order was made.

Having a back, spine and neck issue. That was the reason I bought Newentor Hybrid Mattress. Even though it was a holiday season, I received my mattress in a short time. Got daily tracking updates. And the mattress, I felt the differences from the first night. So happy with it.

Good quality and I like the adjustable pillows concept. However, the pillow is already too high for me even without extra layers and caused neck discomfort and stiffness. I also noticed marks on the unused adjustment layer when I opening the package and I wonder they are already marked or previously handled. I requested a return but was advised to complete the 30days trial first and I am counting to past the days. I will follow their return procedure and hope they accept my request and receive a full refund.

First time I ordered they canceled after 2 weeks. I got an email saying no stock then after that advising it was not metro. No option to pay more just ghosted. This time around i put a new address and they were fine.

I attempted to cancel my order and upgrade to the Pro version within 24 hours of purchase, before the order had been processed or dispatched. Despite this, I received only generic responses, with no follow-up or action taken, even though there was ample time to cancel the order and charge. This level of customer service is disappointing and avoidable.

I was looking for a new mattress and found the Newentor hybrid . Easy to order online and delivery was done within 5 days. Three days for the mattress to reset and I haven't used it for a full night sleep as yet but it feels good when I just laid on it.
