Great communication process and delivered timely. Very happy with the dehumidifier too. My husband has been using it in our unit which is damp and washing doesn’t dry thoroughly. He said it’s been working well and it’s quiet.

Delivery could have been better. I bought 2 mattresses, one was dumped over my driveway gate and the other in front of the gate. My wife is partially disable and was unable to leave the house until I arrived home to move them.
