I had a some back pain and I stumbled up on Newentor mattress. Now after some days using the mattress may be hybrid pro mattress would be a better option.

Great mattress! A bit more firm than anticipated so I will definitely be finding a mattress pillow topper, but I have noticed a big improvement in my back pain since sleeping on this mattress. And for a substantially lower price than most brands offering a similar product I am very pleasantly surprised. I appreciated that I was able to request that the delivery not need a signature as well, my only downfall is that it was relatively unclear on how to unpack and cut the packaging, once I figured it out the set up was straight forward.

This is my second mattress topper. 5 star service and delivery. Highly recommended.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago. Courier company has not delivered yet. Said they attempted delivery which is not true. Left sitting at Hub for collection (which we were not advised of) Now, after following up with Newentor, I have to wait for mattress to go back to courier depot for redelivery.

Ordering was simple and delivery was quick and simple

10/10. I’d buy another one for sure.
