The mattress and pillows are great. The packaging is great. My only criticism is that it would have been helpful if you had told us immediately we ordered that you could not deliver to our country area not leave it several says and then we had to organise for delivery to a friend in the metro area.

The mattress topper is terrible, it's so hard.

We ordered a mattress which was lost by the shipping company. It has taken many repeated emails to customer service over the last two weeks and the issue still isn’t resolved. No one follows up on the issue and multiple promptings and we still have neither a new shipping confirmation nor a mattress. We tried calling the number listed which contents to Newentor but then proceeded to have an automated message saying “This call is dropped please leave a message” yet no way to leave a message. I am hoping that if we ever receive the mattress we ordered and paid for that it will be worth it. But not sure if the customer service has anything to show for it.

When your courier says they can arrange delivery to us, which is in rural WA, and you say they can't deliver it to us, it leaves us to arrange delivery to a metro based relative where we had to pick up from. Absolutely ridiculous and inflexible on your behalf. We were also berated for calling the freight company to find out where they can actual deliver to.

If were contemplating using this company to supply me with anything at all. I would heed these words. STOP, TURN ARROUND AND WALK AWAY, AT LEAST I WOULD STILL HAVE MY MONEY. It would seem that only purchases are monitored on the many contact email accounts. Queries and then complaints about failures in delivery are dismissed and ignored. children could run this company better. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to give a star in order to submit a review. But even one star is too many

The item took longer to deliver than expected as it came from OS rather than being sent locally. The pillow is ok - a bit on the firm side but reasonably supportive as a result. When I unpacked the pillows, they had a strong chemical smell that took a couple of weeks to dissipate. I liked that they were adjustable so could be tailored to suit.

Five stars hope it lasts

The mattress is absolutly terrible. There is no support on the sides. The mattress moves when my partner lies down. And my back hurts ever morning as well as my husband. This is the worst mattress we ever had.
