I'm quite disappointed about the customer service. My husband ordered me two Silk Camisoles with Adjustable Strap (Color: French Grey, Size: Large, Quantity: 2) on Jan 29,2024. USPS indicates "USPS Awaiting Item" on February 3, 2024, and today is March15, 2024, so it's has been more than a month since we purchased Order #20413, but USPS still hasn't receive shipment from MYK silk and we still haven't received the shipment, and we emailed MYK silk team several times, but no responses and no shipment. Missing Order #20413. USPS Tracking number: 420941169300110944102870591136 USPS still indicates "USPS Awaiting Item" until today. I expect someone from MYK silk team to follow up on my Missing Order and ship the order to me.

I haven’t received it yet where is it?

It has been more than two weeks since I placed the order and I have not received it yet.

Website says orders are shipped within 48 hours. I’m on week three with no updates. I emailed customer support on 02-16-2024 and I still haven’t received a response.

The pillow cases and the sleep mask are very nice! We are pleased with our purchases.

Delivery time was extremely long. The products came in bags with plastic packaging/sleeves thrown in separately. Why? Not even necessary. Use sustainable packaging. Haven’t had a chance to use products yet but given a 3 week delivery time and stupid packaging I don’t think I’ll recommend.

Item never shipped has been about 2 weeks. Want to cancel the order. No way to do it it appears online and no one has replied to my emails.

I’m happy with the quality of this 30 momme pillowcase, it feels very luxurious and like it will hold up for a long time. The packaging was also nice. I bought my mom a MYK Silk 25 momme pillowcase a few years ago and she still uses it and loves it. If I were to purchase another, I would probably go with the 25 momme. Not only because I feel like for a slighter lower price the quality difference is hardly noticeable, but mainly because I don’t love that these 30 momme limited edition cases are an envelope closure. While it does stay in place for the most part, I do have to adjust it occasionally and I prefer the zipper closure. I wish you had the option with this case. Also as a warning to others, the light blue color looks nothing like the photo in the listing. When I opened it I initially thought I had been sent the silver option by mistake. It is a very pale silvery blue rather than the vibrant, almost sky-blue in the photos. Because of those few critiques I would only give this particular item 4 stars, though I would recommend this brand if you’re looking for a good silk pillowcase!

These pillowcases feel absolutely amazing and cool, and my curly hair seems to love it also.

Wow! This silk bonnet has changed my hair. I wish I’d found this company sooner. My hair is silky and tangle free every morning. It’s easier to wash and comb. I’m very pleased.
